Very slow service. We’ve dined here numerous times and have come to expect slow service, but when we went yesterday, the waitress said it would be about 90 minutes before we could order food.
So we, and others went down the street to Captain Hiram’s. Competitively priced, great atmosphere and we had our food within about 15-20 minutes.

First off.. I do not ever write reviews for restaurants, especially bad ones. However, after today at the tiki bar, I feel the need to share my experience and maybe save the next person. I sat right in the middle at the tiki bar ( literally right in front of the bartender) and was completely ignored. Apparently the long blonde haired bartender has to know you or you’re not getting service. She took my initial order for a drink and water and fish dip and LITERALLY never ever acknowledged me again, not to ask if I needed refills nothing. I sat there with two empty cups and watched her bring drinks to everyone else. I had to yell at her to get a refill and even then she’d act like she didn’t hear me the first time. I was sitting right in front of her. And if that wasn’t bad enough, when she finally got my drinks, she’d sit them on her side of the bar so I had to reach all the way across to get it and put it in front of me. When my food came it was the same, she didn’t even look at me, just slid it down. They were definitely not dead and I understand being busy, however it was extremely obvious that she just didn’t care to service people she didn’t know. Regulars were getting drinks as soon as there’s were empty. It was absolutely ridiculous. Hope this restaurant has a ton of regulars and that they keep them because I can’t imagine wanting to go back there with that service. I definitely will not be and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to either. As much as I regret going to the tiki bar, my biggest regret is tipping her. It was a fraction of what I usually tip but she didn’t deserve a single penny of my money.
Side note: the fish dip was delicious. Just don’t think you’re going to get a refill to wash it down with.

Best thing about this place is the location. The scenery and deck area is a pretty place to hang out. Beyond that however, it’s just bad. The food is horrible. The steak and cheese was a oozing mass of grease, cheese, and cold slaw. If I wanted steak ums in the microwave in a hot dog bun soaked in fluid, I’d make it at home and not pay $18. The manager was hesitant to give any comps at all and the waitress just suggested we get a new bun. My plate was not comped because I quote in quote ate half of it, even though I was actually dissecting it to see if any part was edible. Horrible management, service, food, and watered down overpriced alcohol. There are plenty of better spots in the area. I’d avoid this one.

Great outdoor dining with a chill atmosphere. Our server David was the absolute best! His recommendations and personality definitely have us coming back!!
Reminds me of a bar in the Caribbean with great service and a wide variety of drinks. I'd add a few healthier options to the menu; other than that, great!!!

Came here from the Midwest and came to this place and enjoyed some shrimp. Also some fish which was really good. Anyways will definitely visit again whenever we go again. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun place to eat.

The alcoholic drinks are priced well and have live music. Great bar to have food, relax, and listen to oldies music. Depending on the time you too the service can be on the slow side but overall they have a friendly staff
The food was really good. The no see ums were unbearable. I wish they had fans to blow those things away or offer patrons spray. The service was OK. She was very nice but coming from a previous ITB worker I think the staff needs better training.
