The person that was working bin the front counter was doing a great job but he had 10 customer to take care off to much work for one person.

I showed up 5 minutes before closing (like a jerk). They let us know it would be a wait which was fine for me. I assumed they already started shutting things down and were cleaning up when we got there. If they were annoyed, they didn't show it. We received friendly service and fresh food.

If I could give them a zero I would have been back 3 times and the same Smurf that works the front counter can’t take an order to save her life and management is so complacent it’s pathetic please get someone here that can take an order and lift this place up they are horrible. WENT BACK TO TRY BREAKFAST AND THIS TIME THE DRIVE WAS TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE I WAS EVEN SEEN AT THE FRONT COUNTER WAITING FOR A MOBILE PICK UP ORDER. ASK FOR THE NAME GREET THE CUST I HAVE NEVER SEEN TWO GIRLS MORE LAZY AND MY FOOD WAS DONE IN THE BLUE BOX OH THIS WAS ON 7/11 @0800

The hours online says open until 12AM, but it was 10:30 on a Saturday night and almost every light was out all around the building. When I got up to the drive-thru speaker the dude said, “what do you want”, followed by “hello??” Two seconds later because I was kinda off-put by the snippy tone. When I said what I wanted the guy then says, “hey it’s gonna be a really long wait cause we don’t have anything up and running right now.”
Like I get no one wants to work graveyard but if it’s that slow that they shut the fryers down an hour and a half early, maybe don’t stay open that late…

This has to be the worst Wendy's. Fries are always cold. They are always out of stuff. The soda machine is rarely stocked well. The last time we were inside they had no napkins and no KETCHUP!! Tonight we went to try the new frosty flavors my kids have seen advertised and wouldn't you know they already shut the frosty machines down at 8pm!!! This is ridiculous. Get it together Sebastian Wendy's! We can't afford another unreliable fast food restaurant in this town.

Constantly close early

Location appears to be closed. Was just at the counter and most menu items have a “no longer available” sticker across them and, despite the presence of human beings wearing Wendy’s uniforms, no one came to the counter for the five minutes I stood there.

Very disappointed. Unorganized for it being 10:25 am. We couldn't order lunch, I get it a few minutes early. Cashier was very confused. Manager had to set up register. Took our order, wanted a cup of water- charged for a small soda. Had to wait for manager to get cash trays for registers. Seemed like no one thought people would be payong cash. Waited at counter for 10 minutes. Was asked if we needed help, yes waiting for our food. Manager handed me 3 breakfast sandwiches and no potatoes. He asked what was missing. Told him I ordered a combo, offered me fries. Well you said we couldn't have lunch items so why are you giving me fries. He was confused to say the least. He did refund the soda but no breakfast substitute for my potatoes, offered nuggets???

As someone who cooks food for a living. If someone says plain for a burger it means plain . I even elaborated and said nothing but cheese the meat and a bun. Then when I get home to enjoy the food I see my burger full of mayo and ketchup it gets me mad! Clearly the drive through manger doesn’t know how to listen or multi task. Maybe he forgot to add the note on the ticket or the cook can’t read. But if I wanted to drink my burger with all the condiments they included when I specifically asked for it to not include I’m annoyed especially paying the price I did. I get it, it’s fast food but also I’ve worked fast food and can listen and read a ticket. Not satisfied with purchase. Lesson of the story is if you like “Plain food”. Don’t go to this location. Also they need to change their fryer grease. It tastes like it hasn’t been changed in a few weeks. I love Wendy’s. But this location ain’t the one.
