Completely unacceptable. THREE WEEKS ago, we called in an order. Showed up when we were told it would be ready. No one knew anything about it. Reported the experience on their website. No response in three weeks. So it's clear that these folks have all the business they need and don't have any regard whatsoever for customer concerns. Good for them. Let's see how long that lasts. I know we will not be back and will do our best to share our experience with friends and family. All this when giving them a second chance after getting sick a couple months prior from their food. Steer clear of this place. They do not value your business.

Highly disappointed. Beef brisket was so tough. Told waitress and she just threw me a steak knife, really, and this was a sandwich that I have to cut up just to eat. Baked beans and okra were good as always.

Great meat flavors, sweet sauce had a bit of kick I didn't care for but meat (chicken, beef, pork) was very tasty. Pork was my favorite. Dinner salads are huge! To go menu available.

Enjoyed our dinner. I got the brisket sandwich with a baked potato and my husband got the baby back rib and white meat chicken with a sweet potato and Coleslaw. The coleslaw was just okay. Our Server Amy was great. We will be back

Had wings the drummets were under cooked. Then had a prime rib sandwich. The sandwich was small only 1 slice of meat, it was tough with frozen crinkle cut french fries , very disappointed
