Employees need to pay more attention to UE orders and READ the ticket. Everytime ivr ordered from here for delivery my order is wrong. Condiments are missing or 1 pack for a large order. Added toppings, that i paid for, are missing. Besides that food is always good

Went thru the drive thru today and purchased two French dip sandwiches with crinkle fries. Cost me twenty four dollars!! Got home and the was almost no meat on the sandwiches and they gave me curly fries instead of crinkle fries!! My bad for not checking but there were three people standing around and we were the only customer, one would think I should not have had to check!!
I ordered combo steak sandwich with crinkled fries. With cheese sauce. When straight home 2 minutes from Arby's. Steak sandwich was hot over didn't with the sauce. The French fries they overcooked, dried out. Some burn to a crisp, someone dumped salt on them . Couldn't eat them.

Cashier wanted to know if we wanted to round up for charity. I asked him which charity, and he said he couldn't remember. Went to get sauce and such from dispenso and there wete ants running all over. I asked for manager and took her out and showed her. I let her know they neede to wipe it down and put out some ant bait. Seeing ants running everywhere was disgusting. She did say she would let them know. She did send someone out and wipe it down.

I do not frequent fast food restaurants but on this particular occasion I was with a friend who had a craving for Arby’s Greek Gyro Sandwich.
There was one family eating at a booth when we walked inside. We were immediately greeted by Omarion who proceeded to take our order. My friend asked for the sandwich with lamb. Omarion informed us Greek Gyro Wrap is the correct name. We appreciated him letting us know.
The place was very clean as were the bathrooms.
The wrap is large and packed with plenty of meat. It is priced at $6.29 which I feel is a very good value. This is my friend’s top pick when eating at Arby’s.
I recommend trying the Greek Gyro Wrap! You will not be disappointed.

We tryed the new brisket sandwich for $12.00 and a reuben sandwich. The brisket was straight disgusting dried out and sitting there for hours. And the other sandwich was funky tasting like the sauerkraut was bad. And I had to pay extra for the barbecue sauce that I thought came on the sandwich. It's just a packet.They don't put it on the sandwich. It was around 6 o clock. Don't waste your money on the brisket sandwich or the reuben sandwich. I think we'll just stick with the 2 4 6 chicken sandwiches.At least they're fresh. Smh Do better
