Sad a manager will allow a customer to leave completely upset instead of just fixing the problem with a simple fix. Came in the other day and their card machine wasn’t working correctly so they had to use another machine to get my card to work and ended up with me getting charged twice. The manager Barb thinks it is okay to intimidate minor employees when everyone is overwhelmed during a rush and they have to ask for help by snatching their head sets off their heads and physically pushing them out of her way.
