Arby's is usually one of my favorite fast food stops. I decided to try their fish and curly fries on this visit. The curly fries were lukewarm and the fish was overcooked. Tasted as if it had been reading warmed. This was the first time I've ever been disappointed in Arby's so I still gave them three stars because they are generally excellent.
I like their demeanor with the customer. Very polite. I asked for a sandwich but I wanted changes from the menu. I wanted minus dressing. They were very nice and my sandwich tasted great!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. After a short conversation, they were very accommodating to wrapping my sandwich with lettuce as I am gluten intolerant. My husband thought his fish sandwich and curly fries were very tasty. I would return for a meal there again.
