Killed at the Loading Screen
I'm never getting food from here ever again. Overpriced compared to the other local fast food, they shorted me a drink, so I had to go around to the drive thru to let them know, and the chicken sandwiches were made incorrectly, missing the mayo, missing the tomatoes (this costs extra), and not just one sandwich, but two of the three.

Walked into the store to get some food with a friend as they were ordering I overheard some of the crew talk pretty trashy about customers I could tell who said what but it was a group of younger girls and a couple guys that were short one had glasses. I just think that if you want to have customers come back they should have to worry about being bad mouthed by the ones making their food. I wont be coming back to this culvers.

I recently visited Culver's in Sebring three times, hoping that my experience would improve with each visit. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Each time, I ordered the Deluxe Bacon Double, and each time, there were issues with my order.
The burger was made incorrectly, and the fries were often spilled and not up to par. On one occasion, my custard was melted, which was disappointing. I found the food quality to be inconsistent and not what I expected.
What was even more frustrating was the lack of effective management. When I tried to address these issues with the staff, I was met with confusion and a lack of accountability. It seemed like no one knew how to resolve the problems or provide clear answers.
The staff seemed unsure and unprepared to handle customer concerns. Given these experiences, I would caution others to be prepared for potential issues with their orders and customer service.

The tenders never disappoint they were good. the problem we had was with our ice cream, despite repeating our order multiple times it was not quite right(wrong ice cream base, wrong size)and we had to go up to the counter to get our ice cream that was already made and partially melted. While dining in we also observed the incredibly long drive thru line, there were some people in that line for as long as it took us to dine in.
I know some people think this is expensive, but it's not. See the order system defaults to double cheese. Well personally you hiding that good geilled meat flavor with the cheese.try a single without cheese. Its under 5 bux! I order it on the app. Park for under 5 min, boom. Wish they stayed open later.

the person taking our order had bad english and added made our 2 cheeseburgers double patty even though we asked for single patty and made our mixers medium instead of the asked for small which cost us more and on top of that because she had bad english it took no joke around 10 minutes to order!
