The personal needs more training; they never get it right the orders. The need to change the menu at numbers to make easy to everyone is confusing enough to the customer imagine the chef trying to read all the recipes. Is way too complicated to all. Make simple and straightforward.

Just a fancy fast food place. Clean, attentive staff. The food tasted good. I had the battered cod. Flaky with a tasty crunchy batter. The fries were crinkle cut and were good. The Cole slaw was also good.
The food is great, but with wait times of upto 30 minutes, that's the reason I don't come here much, currently in the drive through waiting for my food, it's been been 32 minutes so far :(

The mangers lack professionalism and I’m pretty sure the hiring/training manager(Alexandra) comes to work high the owner should really look into that but she won’t her business will keep suffering if she doesn’t take control back orders are wrong 24/7 I’ve been their 6times and 5 out of the 6 times my order was wrong or missing something or my custard was soup maybe if the manager wasn’t high she could uphold the Culvers standards won’t be back

Food is ok, the little meal I buy every time does not fill me and if I add a side it’s too much to pay for so little. $18 to $20 Besides that it’s always served hot and I do not mind the wait. I rather have a hot meal than a cold or warm one. Got tired of chipotle serving cold and hard rice, highly don’t recommend chipotle in
