Great doughnuts, especially the vanilla creme filled ones and lemon, not to mention the limited apple crumb ones. Those are the best. Limited to certain locations.

Dunkin South Sebring is so busy that if you go in to look at and buy donuts, you'll be in there a while. Last time, I gave up after 20 min, got in my car and bought them via the drive thru. I've been in there several times, and all the employees are busy. They are actually very busy. If you don't go within a few hours of opening, your choices will be limited. It's too bad they don't make fresh every few hours. Imagine the lines if they did!

They are very good with customers. Had one person who was taking orders for counter and drive thru. Shes good but that shouldn’t be happening.
Ignored for 15 minutes while employees talked amongst themselves. Had to ask for separate parts of my order 3 times and still forgot parts of my order. Food was cold and soggy. Somone needs to retrain this store crew badly

I wanted a hot cappuccino and there was no one at the counter. Finally, a girl came from the back and took my order. Then they disappeared again.
One girl who had a mouth full of food, made it and it was just warm ? I mentioned it to the one girl, she mentioned it to the other but neither of them really cared. She said that it should be hot. I threw it out and she just made a face to the other girl.

Asked for a hot coffee. Gave me iced then asked are you sure you want a hot one it’s really hot outside. Proceeded to give me an iced coffee that was 2/3 full. Not what I even paid for. Lady at the speaker has a terrible attitude. I get it can be stressful working in food as I do aswell, but they definitely need more training! Terrible service and coffee. I will not be back and many others
