Terrible experience, will never go back.. Ordered small pizza for grandkids got it home had the wrong crust and the kids would not eat it. Took it back to get it changed to what we ordered they refused to make it right and didn't refund...! I would recommend not visiting this fake so called pizza place.. Don't waste your time...!!! I mean really it was a $6.00 pizza people make it right. No More " not so hungry howies... "

The worst experience ever do not waste your time or money here rude manager with no customer skills what so ever ordered pepperoni pizza for pick up get home there is no cheese on pizza drive back to be told that's how I ordered it and they wont fix it really??? Good luck keeping business that way I will never be back

Ordered for delivery last night...was told it would be 1 hour to receive it...after over an hour I called to check on my order and was told by this rude guy he had told me it would be over an hour and a half...which is not what he told me...if he had I would have picked it up...the pizza was not done and it looked like they just threw all the toppings in the middle of it...we order there often...but no more...as I said...very rude guy on the phone when I called back..

I ordered a Howie Special and Meat Lovers ( hubby is allergic to onions) online. I chose thin crust, which, for some reason only comes in large. The total bill was $43.00! For 2 thin crust pizzas! I almost cancelled the order and I really wish I had. After waiting for an hour and a half I called to check on our order. The person that answered immediately put me on hold. I waited. And waited. He finally came back, apologized for the wait, said they're under new management, etc. and he would send our pizza immediately. Not long after that our pizzas were delivered by a personable and apologetic man. Hubby and I were just happy to see him. We sat down to eat, opened the boxes to discover that both pizzas were VERY cold and both were the Howie special. I called again to complain, was put on hold for over 5 minutes and then told that because I ordered online, they would not acknowledge that they made a mistake. So here we sit with two very cold, very expensive, onion covered pizzas. We won't be ordering from here again.
