I have always ordered and had them deliver. The pizza is delicious. I love that you can have flavored crust. They always deliver sooner than they tell you. Delivery personnel are very friendly.

odered pizza last night online from this location was told online that it was gonna be 60 minutes I called a little before the 60 minutes when online said my order had been complete it just to see where my food was the guy who answered the phone said it was on my road it would be there momentarily my road is not very long so I waited about 10 to 15 minutes and called back and the supposed manager was on the phone when asked where it was he said oh it's on the road asked how long because we had kids to feed he said it'd be there when it got there and my fiancée explained to him how you know we're trying to feed kids we need to know a time frame and he said oh that's okay I'll just void your order if you want your food you're gonna have to replace the order and come to the storm pick it up We repeatedly asked for the manager's name and he kept saying it's chief it's chief that's all you need to know is chief he was rude a loud the while time I called corporate I am waiting for the owner to give me a call back till I hear back from them and find out what is going to go on with this rude manager who kept screaming at us because we asked how long the food was going to be till it finally arrived to us and then voiding out an $81 wait order I will not shop there and if I was you I would avoid shopping there too because when I called today Sunday to find out why it was still on my bank account and hadn't been avoided It was the same manager who again told me it's chief don't worry it's chief and I told him that I had Called corporate on him He said okay that's good I will not shop there until something is resolved with this rude manager avoid here at all cost if this manager or person is working

It's not really a dine in place with a couple of tables. Primarily a carryout and delivery operation. It's been a steady Eddie go to for large salads and cheese bread. A large salad serves four and is always fresh ?

I would rather give no stars. Beware if you have to return your pizza to the store. I drove 25 mi to get pizza for my autistic grandson. I've been coming to the store for many many years but this particular night I brought my pizza home and realized it was covered in garlic butter I contacted the store immediately and was told they realized they made the mistake and would replace my pizzas. On the computer it clearly shows a history of the prior purchases and never once have I ever ordered anything with garlic on it and I order the exact same thing every time I come up there. I explained that I live too far away and it was too late at night to come all the way back and try to get my kids dinner before bedtime. I returned 3 days later they could not find my information I had to call the store on my phone while standing in the lobby just so they were able to find out what I was talking about and then would NOT honor the fact that they said they would replace the pizzas. I told a couple family members about my problem I had it this location only to find out that they have been mistreated as well. The staff is unfriendly they don't greet you when you come in the door they just stand propped up on the wall staring at you unless prompted to do something by a co-worker from what I observed. I now have to travel to Avon Park to get pizza for my autistic grandson which is sad because the store could do better. I will continue to share my concerns until they improve their store, you should honor your word. I would understand the refusal if I constantly complained which I do not. But right is right. I paid for something that you messed up and you should correct it. Fact!
Always great service, fantastic baked pasta with I chose meatballs, and the fresh baked bread is amazing. The team is always busy working but not so busy they won't give first class service ?.

This store is clean and well kept. It's in a nice little shopping plaza that is also fairly well maintained. This location in particular has hit every pizza we have ordered out of the park. Fresh and hot, stuffed or thin crust, it's all been great. The two men who close are kind and respectful, definitely good workers. This is a good Howies location.

It's a weird location, however the service is speedy. They seem to get the orders out very fast. Great place for pizza here in SebringParking: Parking lot doesn't make sense. Very bad infrastructure.
