The app will take your order but tell you there was an error no confirmation no order placed nothing. Order a second time and get all the right responses. Go to pick up order and it's the first order. Pizza Hut won't refund my money for an error on the app. They want me to literally show them my bank account record. I'm sure that they can tell on their end that the money was taken. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Once again a loyal customer gets the run around.

I was very happy with our Pizza Hut experience. The order I put in online and the timing was great. Our pizzas were delivered still like they were hot out of the oven! The delivery girl did a great job and she was so kind and professional ?I also ordered the fried cheese sticks which were very good and the Cinnabon rolls were good and gooey ?
