Called ahead to make sure they had their new new Angus cheesesteak sub. Tell me they have it. I drive all the way there. I get told that they are currently out. Call that around 5:45. It is now currently 7: 45. shame. Tried using there link below but when you send in the complaint form get told url not accepted. Tried on computer and phone. Smh

Ordered a LARGE meal. You get that part? A LARGE. Know what I got 2 very tiny boxes half full which means only equals one tiny box yet I PAID for a large. Precisely why I get tired of hearing about these workers deserving more money when they can’t even get an order correct. Pathetic

Wow I’m amazed at the customer service here! Unexpected for sure. Had to stop to grab some food on the road and they treated my son so kindly and were so sweet to me too.

Friday night 10 pm, pull up to speaker as workers inside look at me,hello, hello, nothing, go inside, oh we’re closed,as a minimum of 6 kids are running around lobby with food and drink, now I’m at Popeyes, while waiting persons come in yelling MsKim, Ms Kim, as the gentleman waits at the counter and is given free food and drink, the young lady steps in front of everyone at Popeyes and is given free food from there as again I wait, and of course have to pay.Is it just me, or is something wrong with this picture. How exactly is the owner making any money if his food is walking out the door.Obviously the mgt team has a lil something to do with it.Extend your hours and do better Arby’s, People keep getting in line, but youre closed and missing out on a lot of money, including mine.

Understaffed and closed at 5pm. But Popeyes next door has six people working there. I'm sure they'll be taking home all that leftover chicken due to the system being down at 9pm.

Went to Arbys for lunch at 11:37am and they had no roast beef until 12 PM! Poor Management!

Perhaps if you're going to have an advertised special, and then your website confirms that a location has that special, perhaps you should tell the employees of that location. not paying double price.
