If I could give this a zero I would. I ordered from Uber Eats. The store didn't have any old fashioned butter pecan for my order. When the driver called me and I spoke to a guy. Which he didn't want to give me his name. With Uber eats if you cancel the order they charge you a cancellation fee. He had the nerve to tell to pay the cancellation fee. I would understand if I messed up the order. The store didn't even have the ice cream. As much as I use Uber eats I have never seen when the store can't cancel the order. The young man definitely needs to learn customer service. I never order from them again

0 stars. I literally just ordered vanilla ice cream. The most basic of basic. They said they didn’t have any. I asked about a different flavor and they didn’t have that either so I asked what do you have? I got something else and thought I had ordered a 2 scoop sundae and all I ended up getting was a scoop of ice cream in a bowl. Like, no syrup, no whipped topping, no cherry. I mean…. damn. K.

Try to order ice cream through the drive-through was in a very convincing way that you cannot order ice cream through the drive-through.

No friendliness no greeting this place sucks two girls running place are not to be running place

People going behind the counter with babys and getting their own ice cream , not paying attention to orders , the cones are old , they are high(weed) in theres with eye red / shirt pants not having customer service. And no line and taking long to take orders and talking alot / they didn’t even have courtesy and kick us out ! Nastyyy people 2 babys in ice cream counters and in the dunking donuts área

Almost ordered online then i saw the reviews about how they have nothing. Sure enough, went in and they had zero of the ingredients of the item I almost ordered online. Maybe turn off that feature?

My husband and I can difficult when we know we want coffee but don’t know what kind we want. Justin was so helpful and patient!! I watched for a bit while I waited for our coffees and he (and the other staff) is just awesome! Customer service is top notch here

This place is disgusting. They didn't have more than half a dozen flavors. All the Ice cream looked soft. We walked out. Who would think you need to check reviews of a Baskin Robbins. After leaving I read all of the 1 star reviews. I will be writing their corporate office.

Walked in with a family of 5 to get ice cream and I noticed how dirty it was and how the 2 workers were sitting down laughing and didn’t say a word to us. I looked down at the ice cream and noticed a random cup lid laying inside the ice cream and as I looked at the rest it all looked disgusting. Don’t go here! The owner needs to change the employees and care more about their establishment.

Worst place, i walked in, saw the people working there and the place so disgusting, and turn around and never went back, rude, dirty.

Never ever have they had a banana.

This place is disgusting. Unclean and melted ice cream.
