You walk in to wait for a table. Then they seat you and say your server will be with you in a minute. You sit for a few minutes. Another table walks in and seats themselves and they walk over and take their drink order for the waitress who is too busy at the moment but ignores you. No thank you. That’s terrible customer service and I will not return.

I just sold my Brandon house in Jan 2024 after having owned it since 1994 but, when I pulled up couldn't remember this location until after I had started my afternoon here. After 20+ years in the military I hate that there are still places that I venture into and don't feel welcome.

Went here Friday night for karaoke. The food was good and Dawn Streeeeet hosted Karaoke. A good time was had.

We have been a long time customer at the Seffner location but after yesterday not anymore. The food always comes out overcooked had the fish. The coating was dark when it came out and did not taste. Well. We will not be back and move on to some other restaurants in the area.
This has happened several times in the past year. Maybe the owner needs to taste test the food. The cook is over frying the food.

Love the new remodeled look! Great large room for meetings! Lots of variety on their new menu

Food was great tasty and fresh, but could go a little more on the meat portion. Two chicken strips on the chicken sandwich that should have three cuz the buns are huge and a few more oz of beef on the beef sandwich would be appreciated, but food tasted great. Service was friendly and quick, atmosphere was clean, friendly and chill. It had sports games everywhere but not to loud that we couldn't talk. Definitely recommend and Definitely will return. It's a little hidden around the back side of the plaza with not much parking and tight spots but you have a whole plaza of parking so no biggie.

The food took forever and was half cold. The waiters were running around with their heads cut off because of a staffing issue. I’ll give this location one more try because the inside was redone beautifully and it’s my favorite chain.

All of the servers are fast and efficient. The kitchen staff accommodate your every need!

I just got a Taco Tuesday Steak taco. Skirt steak left on the grill too long makes it tough. This was tough, grissle. I won't be ordering this again..very disappointed. I was looking FORWARD to dinner! The nacho cheese sauce was like water..

We stopped for an early dinner and was greeted right away. Ordered our drinks and review the menu. We ordered and waited patiently. Our food came out and it was warm, not hot. It was still good, but even better hotter. Overall , we enjoyed the meal and would return again.

Small town staple, newly remodeled. Friendly, quick staff. Reliable menu, great atmosphere with many TVs and special appreciation to local teams and local patrons.
