Went through the drivethru, had an amazing lady take care of us and keep conversation as our food was being properly made fresh to our exact order specifications. We ordered online and were kinda picky, honestly. Add this, subtract that. Onions here, no onions there, pickles everywhere. They nailed it! And it was hot, hot! Best burger king experience we've had in years. It's been almost a week later I'm writing this review and I'm still grateful. <3 I wish I could remember that nice lady's name. God bless her.

I made it 200% clear that I wanted nothing but tomato and cheese on my whopper! I’m also extremely allergic to Mayo! Look at this shit! I went on my lunch break and every single time I come here they ALWAYS mess up my whopper! I’m very nice and playful with the people t that work here and I’m sick of not being listened to! If they didn’t disrespectfully DRENCH my sandwich in MAYO I would have not known it was in there and my throat would’ve closed up! Now if I go in there and show my ass I’ll be wrong! They didn’t listen AT ALL!!!!!! I’m so pissed!
Update. I came in on a break to have them fix the burger and they were very professional about it. I really appreciated their customer service and no attitude. It’s refreshing since these days customer service is completely dead. They even threw in some onion rings,which I totally forgot to order originally, for free 🫶🏾 also updated my stars because I was definitely expecting a really bad experience and they totally surprised me with the professionalism and their kindness! The dining area was also very clean and neat as well. They definitely gave me hope that awesome customer service is not dead 💪🏽
