8:00pm Saturday nov 1st I’ve been going to this burger king my entire life and I have never been given such a aesthetically pleasing chicken sandwich in my life no lettuce and mayo pouring out the sides whoever was working the grill is setting the bar for everyone and should get a raise I’m so tired of being handed a sandwich just for half of it to be drenched in mayo and thrown willy nillly in a box thank you 🙏( I would have taken a picture but I already ate it couldn’t help myself)

I ordered sandwiched combo, so this young 9/25/2025 lady named, SHAMIKA took my ordered then after she asked for my name, I plainly said to her “Joyce” when she gave me my receipt she’d have named me JOSE 🤦🏻♀️ does that name sounds “Joyce” to anybody?! So when it’s time to get my food, the guy called Jose! 😏 then Shamika came out in corner, telling the guy no that’s not the name, but then she told the guy Oh yeah it’s her food! 🤨 My friend were next to me when I ordered the food, and plainly said to Shamika that the name was Joyce.. Really next time it’s all about customer service, listen to the customers, when you’ll asks for the names get it right, it’s not going to hurt you to asks to spelled it out.. 🤷🏻♀️

If I could give 0 stars I could! I only go to this Burger King because it's near my job. But every time I go there I always have to wait for a very long time. Sometimes I don't even get the chance to eat. Because my breaks are only 30 minutes.
And it's not just one time this damn near every time. I don't know what's going on over there but whoever is managing that place needs to find another occupation.
Because I have no idea why every single time I have to wait or even never get the chance to eat. I don't normally do this but I might even have to contact corporate Burger King To see How can we resolve this.
I just don't know what possibly could be going on inside that building for me to have to wait that long
