I have had multiple terrible experiences with the skinny women who works there in the evenings. I hope for the branch’s sake she is not the manager but that seems to be the case. I have gotten scoffed at for asking for a receipt, gotten multiple drinks that have no syrup/just seltzer, I even gotten a burger that was medium rare once- at a fast food joint ! The final straw tonight was waiting at an intercom for 20 minutes just to be told it is broken and I have to “PULL UP” because it is easier to scream at each car instead of putting a sign like they did for them supposedly doing away with ice cream. Every negative experience starts and ends with that lady and I wish I could add a name but she never had on a name tag. Very convenient. They need to send in a corporate auditor or the franchise owner needs to sit in for a few nights. Some kind of covert action is needed to root out this problem because there is no way they act like that around superiors.

I love checkers but I do not recommend going to the one in the MLK they are rude. Me and my family went here today to get food and we have a trailer we were only going to take five minutes to orders our food we didn’t even get off yet and the staff is already telling us to move because we were blocking parking spots. I understand that we were but we weren’t going to take long. The location in Brandon are more kinder I prefer going there than here

Only issue is they never have the sundaes I came here 3x a week for them now all of sudden it has stopped we will have to find a new Checkers 🥹🥹
Food was hot and ready (I ordered ahead) and the cashier was friendly. Probably one of the best checkers locations I’ve been to in a while.

Ordered the chicken nugget box and fries and out of the 9 nuggets that were in the box, all I could eat were 3 of them due to them being hard as rocks, and the fries were soggy.. not to mention their shake machine was down. The only thing that made my fries any good was the hot fudge sundae from McDonald's! What a great reminder of why it's been years since I've been to Checkers... what a waste of money!!

Only one car ahead of me & stopped to look at signs showing specials & new items. Less than a minute to look at, one car pulled in behind me. When I got to the order box the guy comes on & tells me not to stop to look at signs, told me next time pull over to the side & not block the isle. I said ok & he asked me what I wanted. I told him nothing looked good & I'd just pass thu which is exactly what did. McDonalds got my business. It will be awhile before I go back. Their night help over the last 6-8 months has been going down hill bad.
