We as a family are so glad they decided to not go through with all the proposed changes. We love Cracker Barrel just the way it is. Yesterday's visit proved to be one of the best. Margarite was phenomenal. She greeted us like we were old friends and continued to treat us that way. We were (10) a little needier than we usually are, but she was right there for us. The manager whose name escapes me, sorry, stopped by to check on us. We love shopping in the store too.

Thank you Ashton! I lost my wedding ring and she went through the whole trash can and FOUND IT! My husband and I have coming here on the way home from church every Sunday. The staff here is always friendly but today was above and beyond !

What happened to the hashbrown casserole? Very mediocre visit, but the B&G were still good.

First off I wanted to share that although the dish I ordered was raw and potatoes were cold. Mike our server was amazing! He offered to change it out right away and actually told me he went to the kitchen to make my second request himself. I was extremely flattered, and it was delicious. The manager also quickly came o er to apologize for the meatloaf and offered to rectify it on the bill as well.
So all in all there was an issue but they handled it well and I left full and happy.

Had a great experience at the seffner fl store. Everything was great, food was hot and the retail manager, Stacy was a big help. I will be coming back over and over. Thank you Cracker Barrel

Food was minimal at Best. Sure has changed, biscuits were terrible. Won't be going back. Over priced not worth it. Bathroom music to damn loud. Bad enough they play that type of music.

Please bring back the original biscuits! The Ones you sell in a box in the store are better than the ones you serve they don’t even taste the same. You can tell they were frozen.

Ordered breakfast my eggs were cold a d hard i am not a picky person when it comes to food but it's was unacceptable and really love this place
