I’ll be honest, from my experience, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is not always consistent. However, this specific Dunkin’ Donuts gets it right every single time! I get a specific coffee. I get it the same way every time, and it hits every time. I’ve never had an issue and they’re amazing! Definitely better than any other Dunkin’ Donuts.

Sometimes good experience early in the mornings they must have a manager on duty or someone in charge and knows what they're doing because they always put your receipt with a sticker on it then most days they don't wanna give you your receipt unless you ask

Had issues with drive thru. Went inside, floors were dirty, the machines where I was standing at pickup were covered in dust...not what you want to see when picking up your food and drinks. Staff was lagging until a manager seemed to have walked in and made sure I had what I needed as I was standing at the counter waiting. Probably would drive to Brandon location in the future.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve been to I was in line waiting for over 15min and no one answers. You could hear them in the overcome just talking and just point out they weren’t even busy… The people they have there working are unprofessional.
This dunking is always busy but the orders do get made exactly how one would want it so it's worth the wait.

What a dump. Drive thru menu is duct taped . Looks like a death trap alley. Inside- 3 employees, no greeting. After waiting sometime before getting assistance ( with no line) the kid manning the drive thru window slow-walks over and barely speaks. Middle if the afternoon and already very limited donut selections.
Drink took so long. I thought they forgot to make it. Git and attitude when I asked if my drink was ready
Worker behind the counter had coldsores all over her lips. If it's what I think it is, that is contagious.
I would much rather go out of my way to a different location than come to this one
