What a dump. Drive thru menu is duct taped . Looks like a death trap alley. Inside- 3 employees, no greeting. After waiting sometime before getting assistance ( with no line) the kid manning the drive thru window slow-walks over and barely speaks. Middle if the afternoon and already very limited donut selections.
Drink took so long. I thought they forgot to make it. Git and attitude when I asked if my drink was ready
Worker behind the counter had coldsores all over her lips. If it's what I think it is, that is contagious.
I would much rather go out of my way to a different location than come to this one
It has been a crappy location for years. Made the mistake of thinking there were changes since the last time I visited. Wonder if or when it will improve.

10 mins to get a small hot chocolate from the counter. No one was in line when I stepped in and from start to finish 8 mins for a small hot chocolate. It was already made, just push a button. DO NOT stop here unless you have plenty of time to wait.

This place is horrible each time I go there always out for almost every doughnut only had 3 options and the staff don’t care at all there’s no energy towards orders . Waited 28 mins for 1 doughnut so went inside and waited another 10 mins for my 1 doughnut . Horrible service

Tried coming to this location multiple times, either they don't answer the drive thru at all or if you happen to get a chance to order they make you park in the parking lot and wait 45 minutes for 4 coffees. Mind you I've only come to this location at night while they were slow so I don't understand why this poor service persists.

This place isn't closed temporarily. It's open. Google needs to update. Anyways this place makes great drinks. They make a tasty iced cocoa mocha signature latte. Tastes amazing! Only Dunkin I'll go to where I live. There's one around the corner from me but they can't make a drink right to save their lives.

I don't even know how this place is still open. They never answer the phone, they never have ice cream nor waffle cones even tho they have ads about it, they can make food just coffee most of the time and they are always cleaning their machines any time of the day. And they lucky that sometimes they have pints of ice cream. Thay are horrible and the staff is always too slow and talking among each other.

I ordered on Uber eats this morning and got 2 ice coffees and 2 orders of everything bagel mini bites they didn’t give me no straws for my coffee and only gave me 1 order of my bagel bites what do u guys expect me to drink my coffee with ?? This place has its glory, the staff, the food and the way they respond is too much waiting for the customers and also late for the people who think that it’s a 2mins thing to order and pickup the things. At least 20mins they take from you to complete the order and other 10mins to deliver. So guys if you are in hurry and hungry then look for something else around here.
