The ladies took the time to serve the gravy around the edges of the mashed potatoes before it got full, it was plenty gravy in there, thanks ladies, you guys understand the proper way to eat mashed potatoes!! Chicken was awesome!!

This place is AWFUL. Beware is all I can say. I ordered chicken tenders tonight and I found a actual DUST BUNNY attached to one of my tenders, as if it had been dropped on the floor and served to me. The manager tried to tell me it was from a cloth. It was definitely a wad of dust. I've had nothing but issues from this place the last year I've been living in this area. I won't be surprsied if they'll shut down next.

Horrible experience with the person taking my order, I think he is the manager and he is in his 50’s or 60’s. He is an African American and he is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered the 2 piece $5 deal with coleslaw instead of the mashed potatoes and he charged me extra. When I asked him why he charged me extra, he answered me with an attitude and very angry, saying that the order comes with mashed potato and not with coleslaw. Then, I referred to two different signs there is at the window and at the menu board where it says that you can have the meals either with mashed potatoes or coleslaw, and he answered me even more mad than before saying that the signs were not for the $5 deal. The signs don’t specify that are for a different meal, but in general. I think that there are many people working in customer service that should NOT BE. They don’t have the skills and attitude to deal with people. I won’t come back to this KFC.
Worst loaded fries bowl I have had from here , I have been getting this lately and no problems but tonite I asked for no sauce and honey mustard on the side, the bowl was a soup of hot sauce I had to rinse it out with 2 bottles of water and still couldn't get rid of the hot sauce ended up throwing it away and not be able to eat any of it. I'm going back tomorrow for my free one and have to go in to make sure they don't put no sauce in it. It's a waste of customers time having to go in for that request because cashier can't communicate with the person preparing it. Same thing with poppers you have to wait 5 min till they are done and still can't bite in them with out getting your mouth burned, what good is a food if you can't enjoy it when you get it. Waste of time waiting for it and money.

Worst customer service ever. When you’ve been standing there for 10 minutes and four people have walked by and looked right at you and kept walking… All they had to do was say, we’ll be with you in just a moment. Nobody ever said a word. I walked out!
