Ordered an 8 piece extra crispy online waited 13 minutes then went inside said it was gonna be another 20. Guy behind the counter young kid needs to get fired because of his work ethic and attitude towards customers, after he threatened to kick my ass outside and the manager stuck up for him. I asked what they had available and all they had was dark legs and one breast. The manager gave me a lame excuse saying it was busy because of the deal. Which by the way I went in there and there was nobody hardly in there….. JUST STAY AWAY THIS PLACE PERIOD!!! AS MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

The food is fine here. No complaints about that. My main problem with this location is this one particular employee that takes orders. She gets confused very easily and screws up my order constantly. She’s very pleasant but not the right person for working up front. My only other complaint is that they’ve forgotten some of my items at times. Now I just check everything carefully before leaving with my takeout.

The ladies took the time to serve the gravy around the edges of the mashed potatoes before it got full, it was plenty gravy in there, thanks ladies, you guys understand the proper way to eat mashed potatoes!! Chicken was awesome!!

This place is AWFUL. Beware is all I can say. I ordered chicken tenders tonight and I found a actual DUST BUNNY attached to one of my tenders, as if it had been dropped on the floor and served to me. The manager tried to tell me it was from a cloth. It was definitely a wad of dust. I've had nothing but issues from this place the last year I've been living in this area. I won't be surprsied if they'll shut down next.
