Ordered nugget combo with mashed potatoes. Didn’t get any utensils to eat mashed potatoes. Didn’t get any napkins either. Not enough gravy on mashed potatoes, very dry. The biscuit was good.

Chicken tenders, man n cheese, & shocking enough the biscuit too Fresh n hot ready to eat. Asked for the honey packets and it just all came together well. The reason I took time to give this place a good review because it’s very rare when I eat fast food in seffner that taste fresh hot & ready to eat ? ? ? Thank you seriously

I ordered from here thru delivery instead of bashing the driver, I’m bashing the restaurant because this is not the first time I’ve ordered from here and the first time I ordered the food was absolutely wonderful but I decided to get a 12 piece chicken nugget with the fries a biscuit and the apple pie poppers the fries were completely hard!!!!! I don’t understand why they would send the driver here knowing that the quality of the food was very poor for the food. They didn’t even check what I had and didn’t give me a second biscuit that I had asked for and paid for $28 .20 dollars before taxes for this food and it was not up to par.

Have only done drive thru, but aside from the food being consistent and as expected for KFC, the people are always nice. It’s rare to get kind treatment at fast food places these days, so when the service is great it stands out. It’s KFC at the end of the day but no complaints from me!

I dont ever eat fast food. But today, i was HUNGRY.. stopped in here on a whim. I got the classic chicken sandwich. Lady at the cash was wonderful, and professional. Food was hot and fresh. Been years since I had a chicken sandwich. Other than remembering it with lettuce, it was a good meal. They double wrapped the sandwich and i liked the outer foil wrapper.? Foods gone up, but that's not the staffs fault. Near 19$ for two meals. KFC fries have come a long from what I remember. Clean store, friendly staff. It was a nice treat. I would recommend this joint. ?
Parking: Store of course is on a main road so merging back in like all thing in florida driving wise is tricky, but if you are used to it, it's no biggie.

Walked inside ordered. The lady at the register is amazing! We need more of her in this world!!! The food, not so much. stood there for 15 minutes for a Chicken pot pie, chicken inside is raw, bloody strings and soggy dough. I ordered 4 pieces of white meat- received 3 and one of the breasts is raw, still blood on the bone and meat is pink. It's my father's birthday today, trying to make a nice dinner quick after a long day at work. Almost $30 spent for slop we cannot eat!! If I would have or my father would have eaten this chicken we would have been very sick!! You work with food, do better or get more help!! Also while I was standing there-they turned away 2 door dash ordered saying they were out of original chicken. Then a lady walked out for the same reason. It was 6:45, not really busy. 2 cars were in drive thru when I went inside. This turned into a very awful nasty meal. I should have cooked but I was tired. This is what I get for trying to trust someone else for good food.

I was given a 25 dollar gift card that the magnetic strip doesn't work. I didn't know this when I took it to this location to redeem. The employee at the register tried to help and got the manager. He proceeded to try the card without any luck. And tells me they can't accept it. So I go outside and call to verify that the card is still good and it is. The representative said that the card could be entered manually. Went back inside and they refused to even try. After 20 minutes on the phone with the customer service no resolution has been made. I'm waiting for a call or email. Thanks for wasting time and fuel after my 10 hour shift on my feet.
