Not like the old Kojak's. Ambiance is just not the same. Food and ambience makes the food taste better. Just get it for take out and eat at home.

Utterly the best barbecue I've ever had and you get it faster than you do at McDonald's. Great service and it's family owned and operated. Love the rib's, collard greens and the Mac n cheese. Several other great items on the menu too. They do not serve fried food like some barbecue joints it's real barbecue potato salads, garlic butter parsley red potatoes, cole slaw and lots more. You won't be disappointed.

Food was excellent. Ribs were great. Pulled pork was outstanding. Collards we're delicious and the Cole slaw was maybe the best I ever had Service was great and the people were very nice and friendly. It was our first time here and it was a great dinner. Would highly recommend this place.

Just like the Gandy original location. The quarter chicken was well smoked and flavorful, as was the pulled brisket. Good selection of sides. Fast service. Wholesome family atmosphere.

Met an old high school buddy in Seffner yesterday. We chose Kojack's as a place to meet. House of Ribs is in the name so you can guess what we had. A very pleasant and accomodating staff. My friend was running late so I was offered a free cup of homemade chicken soup. How very kind. Food was fast, hot and delicious. Great ribs and a very nice assortment of sauces to choose from. Ribs were fall off the bone tender and the sides were top notch. The pricing was very reasonable, much better than in Tampa. The windows could use some cleaning but other than that, it was a great choice for lunch.

Best ribs in town! They were in south Tampa before and the food is still the same (best quality), super fresh, tasty - amazing! It's a take out or dine-in nothing fancy. Loved it.

No joke, I wanted bbq and am in tampa, I drove to this place in tampa : mighty queens which was horrible I literally overpaid for nasty tasty food and threw away my food from that place, and drove here here because the food here is a million times better! Delicious! Service also great. It was worth the drive!!!

Let's just say I'll try any thing once. This place was the closet place to get some good bbq i ordered the trio with ribs chicken and brisket the flavor was there but not bbq flavor i expected the meat was like it was cooked with liquid smoke and not in a traditional smoker. The brisket was like pulled pork and I was not a fan of that at all. The sauces was not the great and didn't pair well with there ribs.p.s I will not be visiting again but I will recommend if you can't find any where else

Best BBQ in Florida. They moved from Tampa to Seffner but still worth the drive. Everything is good but I recommend the chicken and the parsley potatoes.

Three of us stopped here to eat. We ha a variety of ribs chicken pulled pork macaroni salad baked beans. Everything was delicious. We barely sat down and they were bringing our dinners out. Price was very reasonable. The workers are great. Made sure we had everything we wanted. We will eat there again soon.

Excellent BBQ establishment at Kojaks House of Ribs. Hefty, meaty ribs with a wonderful flavor, so much so that no BBQ sauce was even used.

The ribs are excellent. I had pulled pork also, and it was just okay. My sides (green beans and coleslaw) were good. I do think the green beans need seasoning. I was a fan of the South Tampa location before the restaurant moved to Seffner.

We were in the area and my husband looked up places near by. Against our better judgement we tried this place instead of going across the street.... Our first hint should have been zero customers being there. You order at the counter and they bring you the plates. You get your own silverware, napkins, bbq sauce in the middle station. There are several tables to choose from and sit yourself. My husband ordered the rib dinner, I ordered a 1/2 bbq chicken plate and my daughter ordered the kids pulled pork. My son got a side of baked beans. BOTH my son and daughters beans had hair in them. The meat was clearly reheated. The rub? On the chicken was awful. Tasted like licking carpet. So I pulled the skin off and ate some of the chicken. Greens were weird. Sweet tasting. The parsley potatoes were ok. Lot of butter and overcooked. My husbands ribs were ok, but also reheated. He ordered macaroni salad and greens. He said the macaroni salad was also awful. I do not recommend this place and would never go back.

Service is nice , but the ribs while good are on the small side and sides not that good I think I'll pass next time
