Never again. I ordered a pizza through the website for delivery. They set my order as delivery through door dash and the driver never brought my food and placed my order as “delivered.” The manager Andrea gave me attitude throughout the entire situation. She claims the story sounds sketchy and it needs investigating, when I clearly told her I never received the pizza and I also never ordered through the app I actually NEVER use DoorDash. The company Marco’s used them as a 3rd party to deliver my pizza. I am so disappointed and I will NEVER return to Marcos. Thank you for taking my money, NOT delivering my food, and giving terrible service!

Ordered pizza and cheese sticks for delivery. The pizza wasn't cooked, the cheese sticks weren't cut, and no sauces. Manager said I could bring it back and they would remake it. No other offers to make this right. That's a hard no on something I paied for delivery on. Don't order here!

The absolute best part was email coupons! The order was 57.86$ and after the coupons the order was 22.57$

Vegetarian options: Every time I get a pizza from Marco’s, I make sure to get the specialty garden and then my friends can order whatever they want

Worst experience ever I ordered pizza I went to pick up my pizza, sat down in the lobby to eat my pizza once I sat down to eat my pizza, too young ladies immediately started running to the front I heard the Spanish lady say that she just seen a rat right after she said that immediately I seen it run across the floor in the back by the oven. This is very undiscussable. I am very disappointed. I got up and walked out. I will not be eating here ever again, knowing that they have rats inside the building. And they still are serving food out of this location. Anybody can get sick from eating at this pizza place, and they should be very disappointed to still serve food.

Been waiting for 20 min on my food that I ordered over 30 min ago and said it would be done in 10 min but still not ready waiting for our drinks, don't understand their customer service, just for us to walk in and see it's sitting on the counter, it was supposed to be given to me through the drive through

I'm not sure why I keep coming here, horribly unprofessional every time.

Ordered the following
-Bbq chicken pizza with no pizza sauce- got a BBQ chicken pizza with extra pizza sauce and light bbq sauce.

I asked multiple times to add more bbq sauce the child handed me dipping cups of bbq sauce? Really? Good luck spreading that on a pizza. The bbq bottle was 2 feet from the guy.

-Deluxe Pizza with light sauce and add black olives and no mushrooms.

Got a Deluxe pizza with normal sauce, no black olives and tons of mushrooms. Unbelievable....

-Spicy Pizza Stromboli thing, they made it so large it wouldn't fit in the box so I asked just put it in a pizza box instead they wrapped it in some paper stuff that ruined the texture and we had to go back in just to get the marinara cup that was supposed to come with it.

Worst service and pizza ever! Wrong pizza and tried to call for a remake and they picked up the phone and hung right up without me saying anything! I ordered pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese. We got half just cheese, no extra cheese. The other half pepperoni, green pepper, onion and ham. Not even close to what I ordered. The crust was lopsided.. paper thin on the cheese side and thick on the other. Very disappointed!!!
