McDonald's

Here's an interesting observation. I recently went to McDonald's in Poland. And despite it being an American company all the way across the Atlantic Ocean, the service was fast and the food was hot. I returned home to the US with friends from Poland. They were excited to experience McDonald's in the States. We came to this location. And despite to it being 6 people in the order lobby it took 10 minutes for anyone behind the counter to acknowledge and come to address our concerns or to see what we needed. Unfortunately, I was embarrassed by the service we received and especially for those traveling with me. I know service Is not the same as it used to be but it is hard to believe that it has gotten this bad. I understand why patronage is down here at the local McDonald's and judging from what I experienced, it will continue to be much worse for quite some time. The franchisee of this particular location should fix this immediately because it is negatively affecting his or her bottom line. Bad customer service is always unacceptable.

First off, its a chain fast food restaurant so dont expect 5 star dining. Food was good, cheap and came quickly.

This facility is one second away from a food safety disaster. Nobody in the kitchen has hairnets, everyone is putting their hands in their face and I just left. I just couldn’t eat there.

The food was fine, but I was rung up by the general manager which usually is a sign you will get good service, but I was wrong, they were so rude to me, from the get before I even said anything, disappointed 🫤

Everybody's going to order your own meal. I don't like that. I prefer to talk to a person and order My meal there is nobody at the cash register guy had to yell back there and finally somebody came up

I don't understand why I keep torturing myself and going back. I blame myself. Staff doesn't exist, freeze weren't full, and it wasn't very fast considering it's fast food.

This location is a mixed bag....good service one day, issues the next. All depends on crew that is working. These people need to smile and be more friendly.
