The service is horrible, everything is done in a bad manner, out of 10 workers 8 are in a bad mood. Everything is unpleasant there.

I'm 78 so that might explain my disgust with having to use the kiosk. I want to talk to a counter person to place my order.
Besides that , my fish sandwich was the worst. The cheese was just slapped on as an after thought. Not even an attempt to melt it a little bit. The tarter sauce was just on half of the fish. Bun was on the verge of being stale. It rates not even one star.😡

I ordered 2 sandwiches. I work at a restaurant. A 13 hour shift and just wanted hot food. I got a qpc and a chicken big Mac and a water. Courtney the manager took my $ but no receipt was furnished. I was amazed my food was already ready...that is until I ate it. I'm a McDonald's customer of almost 40 years, my expectations are fairly low. I get it. It was 1:20 am. The store was certainly recovering from being busy for many hours. I received a "double qpc" which I didn't order but given it was an "upgrade" I didn't question it. The bottom bread was as hard as a rock, patties n cheese dry from sitting under a heating lamp for a considerable time. After 2 bites I moved on. The chicken Big Mac was exactly as hard and dry as the burger. I don't want a refund. I don't want an apology. I want my next purchase to be at very least edible. Sorry, not sorry and thank you.

Even though I ordered ahead through the app, I still had to wait for 10 minutes for the food. Which was 2 Bigmacs and a very soggy medium fry.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes, it's a great experience. Other times, the experience makes you want to swear off on ever returning.

Good tasted like it was double cooked or cooked in old oil. Fries were hollow and brown and nuggets had a bad oil after taste to them.

Even with Hurricane Milton craziness, great service. Can't remember the last time I went to a McDonald's and got hot food!!! The kids at the drive through were super friendly even though I'm sure they didn't want to be working today. I don't go to McDonald's often, but this location was definitely better than most.
