I am at McDonald’s frequently. It’s a quick place to grab a bite when you’re hungry. I visit this establishment. I did an online purchase through the app. I wanted to eat inside. She told me I have to go to drive-through what was totally ridiculous all she had to do was hand me my food I could’ve sat down and eat without having to wait over 30 minutes to go through the drive-through. I can’t believe this. This is a Manager who has no idea of what she’s doing she definitely needs to be replaced. This is the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in my whole life.

I came here at about 1:00 AM. It is suppose to be open 24 hours per day but they are lazy and only had the drive through open, not the restaurant. I ordered Mcbuggets with BBQ Sauce, sweet and sour sauce and honey mustard. Instead I receives four sweet and sour sauce packets instead. The girl at the drive through tries hard but following directions is obviously a weakness for her. Perhaps more spankings as a kid for her would have helped her with that but you can't teach a old dog new tricks.Start having the lobby open 24/7 and train the employees to listen the customer and to follow directions

I have tried to order from this location twice once through the app and once through doordash when i went through the app i waited 20 minutes at the speaker i pulled up to the window after waiting just to get told “our system is down we can’t take mobile orders” EVEN THOUGH WE JUST PAID FOR IT! And i couldn’t even get a refund it went through and took my money and now i placed an order on DoorDash and they won’t even let him get my food and being rude to him. Don’t go to this McDonald’s

Hadn't been to McDonald's on Parsons in a while went yesterday I was very disappointed I should have checked behind the lady but she assured me everything was in the bag soon as I get home two of the Big Macs I told them no lettuce no pickles but I didn't want dry I wanted Mac sauce I told them I wanted my hamburger the meat was supposed to be on the side they forgot to give me the hamburger bun the shake machine was down just not a good experience. One good thing they got the Filet-O-Fish correct it was (2).

Honestly this is the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been too. Waited over 15 minutes just to order food at the drive thru. They had a line wrapped around the building. Not sure what causes the slowness but definitely think they need some help to get this place moving and be fast food how it’s supposed to be.
