Munchies Pizza & Wings

As sit down pizzerias go, this is not one of the best in the area. Pizza is seriously unimpressive and the service is very slow. Took them about a solid thirty minutes to heat up and serve me 2 slices of pizza. Not worth the wait. Went back again to give them a second chance and the service was better but the food was not. They say even bad pizza is still pizza, but so is good pizza. Get that somewhere else. I have heard their wings are decent but have not tried them.

Great local spot for pizza and wings. As a salesman I spend most of my day on the road, and don’t get a lot of time for lunch. Munchie’s has been my new favorite spot and I stop in whenever I’m in town. Their lunch specials are awesome and their buffalo sauce is made from scratch. Delicious food and good people.

Order a larger pizza, they said 15 min and I gave them the benefit of doubt so I came back at 20 minutes. Order still not ready and told me another 5-7 minutes. Even after waiting the pizza was not ready. The hostess was rude to other customers that also complained about the wait time saying they waited 40 minutes for a medium and their reply was to yell “next time just get the refund”. I only waited because I already wasted time waiting. I don’t think I will support this local business again.

Horrible customer service! Was told 15 to 20 minutes for a large cheese pizza. I had to ask if my pizza was ready, plus the counter person took 5 to 10 minutes before even taking my order. I would not recommend this place.

Amazing food the pizza is amazing and the wings are just insane. They used to have another location back then and we were able to stumble upon the restaurant at a knew location 🙂👍

I placed an order for a pizza, but it was not prepared correctly. The establishment instructed me to return the pizza or receive a credit for toppings that I could use on my next order. I opted to return the pizza. While I generally support local businesses, I am disappointed with this experience and do not intend to patronize this establishment again.

Service is terrible. I called and the lady put me on hold for 5 minutes where I can actually hear everything they're saying. She never got back to me so I finally hung up and called back and it was busy for the next 10 minutes because I'm assuming she never hung up the phone. Obviously this business doesn't have a phone with multiple lines. I just wanted a pizza. Ended up going to Stefanos. You lost my business munchies and I'm not coming back.

OMG, Local spot to get really good wing. Had gotten med wing and a large pizza. Pizza tastes like a new York slice. There lunch special are even better. You can get 5 wing and a slice with a drink for 10 buck You can't beat that deal. Been here twice in one week. I will definitely will be coming back. Amazing customer service as well

Can’t even operate simple equipment apparently. I ordered my food only to get here and it not even be ready when it said it would. And nobody is even here. I’d stop ordering from here but it’s the only choice I have for semi decent pizza instead of garbage Pizza Hut or dominoes. That’s about the only thing they have going for them.

Extremely bad service I really don’t know how there still open with the people they have working there with rude workers also was told 45 minutes to a hr and I called a hr and a half later to be told another 30 minutes so 2 hrs is rediculous especially when they are rude so I cancelled the order and will never eat there and will never recommend

This is very tiring with this place. I order and get charged for things and then get home and nothing. They need some people that speaks or understand English. I am tired for going back for there stupid errors.
