I order the 24 pcs. boneless wings. When I got home, surprise! Not wings at all, these are small pcs. of nuggets cover with a lot of breadcrumbs, dry and hard. Disgusting. $40.00 to the trash.

The staff here are rude, do not know there specials or offer when you call in. Was charged for something that I didn't order. Then when delivered the "manager" blamed me for not knowing there menu. Please dodge this place. Unless you plan on arguing with a bunch of kids without customer service skills.

Ordered online for delivery and only received the pizza. Couldn’t reach anyone about my 2 liter and crushed red peppers. Delivered through door dash and the couple couldn’t speak a word of English so they were zero help. The pie was excellent but the lack of service is unacceptable
I always order from this Pizza Hut and usually get the melts. Tonight I had a free pizza so I decided to get the free pizza, an additional pizza and brownies. The pizza was horrible!!!!!!! I ordered hand tossed and got the thinnest pizza I have ever had and it was much more greasy than pizza should be. It was so floppy that everything fell off and I could see through the crust!!!!! Just horribly made. Also the brownie was not cooked all the way. Be safe and stick to the melts from now on or better yet get pizza from somewhere other then Pizza Hut.
Order not ready when arrived (pizza tracker said ready) and refused a credit… Ordered online while attending a training for work. Lunch time was limited so the plan was to be efficient. App said order was ready but when i arrived, the employee said he made pizza incorrectly. He said he decided to remake them and was hoping they would be ready before I arrived. He said because I paid using Applepay he couldn’t refund me, but at most give a credit to the account. He said it will be 10 more minutes. I said ok, went to care and waited. I thought about what he said (crediting the account) I decided I would take him up on his offer. However, he refused the offer saying because he remade the pizzas he won’t give a credit. I told him you didn’t give me an option and I had to wait additional time. He then said they don’t guarantee a time. So instead of arguing, I told him I’ll reach out to corporate for support.

Our order was more money than was expected & when called them to try to figure it out the manager was very rude & hung up on me. I contacted customer service but this far have gotten no results. I believe her name was Rachel & her customer service skills were horrible & I suggest she takes a job not in the customer service industry

Even after ordering extra pizza sauce on our meat lovers pan pizza it still was dry. This is the second time now this happened. This hut just don’t give you anything extra that might affect their bottom line. Do you like dry pizza?
