My brother was in town and wanted to take me for Sunday brunch. No wait for a table and the waitress was very quick at taking our order. I ordered eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. My brother ordered a salad with grilled chicken. My meal was delicious. Everything nice and hot. My brother wasn't eating his and i could smell the salad. It had a slightly putrid smell. The salad looked like it was turning. The chicked was mixed in the salad but my brother is not the type of person to complain about food. So he didn't eat. The waitress noticed it and offered him a box but he said no thank you. Anyone could tell that he didnt even touch it. But they charged us for it anyway. We paid and left.

It's a relief to see an American restaurant. Serving American food! Just good food. Friendly servers!
No Mexican food!!!!!

Plummers is A Great little Family diner in Seffner. Fl. My Family enjoyed their Breakfast. Extensive menu. Prices were very reasonable. Amanda was an Awesome Waitress. If you're reading this and wondering if you should try Plummer's. Do yourself a favor and Go!!

Went into Plummers with my husband and daughter with the intentions of having breakfast. We typically order their catfish platter, it is a family favorite. Walked in wasn’t greeted with a hello or good morning, but was told we could sit anywhere. It was 5 waitresses and 3 customers total in the restaurant already, some already with their food. We sat down was asked what we would like to drink. We ordered our drinks and received the drinks within 2 mins. We were ready to order our food, but our waiter who dropped off the drinks didn’t ask us what we wanted to eat. Instead she went to an older gentleman and we waited 8 minutes before someone else came over, who wasn’t the first waitress, we were confused as to the long wait. A older couple walked in while we waited to order. Was greeted with an “ hi how you guys doing “ immediately was provided their drinks and ordered all in a matter of 2 mins. We were skipped over! and to make matters worse an announcement was made that there was no more catfish. Then the waitress of the other couple walks over and says aloud proudly … well there is no more catfish after you two order!! So I asked after who order? Knowing we were already in process of ordering and had been in the restaurant prior to the couple they obviously knew. The waitress replied after they order. So my family and I (me being 7 months pregnant) left because clearly the restaurant didn’t value our presence, had a favorite customer who they prioritized , and customer service wasn’t a priority! My daughter and I went to the car, my husband stayed to speak to a manager because what had just happened was unacceptable! I hate to say that racism wasnt at play here but clearly my family was black and the other customers, they prioritized, were not. The manager apologized and offered an incentive for when we return next time but personally we don’t see ourselves returning to that kind of environment.

Yesterday was our first time visiting this restaurant. The service was great and so was the food. My only complaint was the sausage gravy was too salty for my taste. We will definitely go back again. 👍

Wow, the service is very special. I look for Family owed restaurants and the service and food portions surpassed quite a few that I've eaten at.
The waitresses are the happiest helpful people I've come across in a while. If you haven't been you should treat your love one to this very happy place.

Amazing breakfast place! Delicious, fresh, first time trying a traditional American breakfast and I loved it ! The service is fast and the people there is so nice 🙂

I frequent this place at least once every other month whether its onsite or order and pick up. The food and service are good.

Relaxing and very attentive staff. Nice selection of good food. Breakfast is our usual meal. My only suggestion would be better coffee, I believe it is the water giving it a bad taste ??

Pretty lame to still be up-charging for eggs, just an extra $1.50 on your bill

I came in no one greeted me with 2 ladies behind the counter. After saying hello i was finally acknowledged. She gave me a menu and immediately i knew what i wanted. I looked up and told her I was ready. She told me give me one second as she greeted a table that had just
been sat . I told her go ahead I can wait a second. She greeted them continue with long conversation and after she came back, got their drinks still ignored me as I sat there. Meanwhile, the young lady behind the counter is just playing on her phone. She was not off the clock as she was helping a table in the dining room. It was clear that in-house customers are more important than to go customers. Really sad because I heard bad things about this place and they proved everything I heard correct. I will never come back and I don’t suggest anyone either.
