Tried this food a month ago and have been hooked since. Always fresh hot and full of flavor. Best gizzards of my life.

The hamburger patty l was so thin. I took a bite and couldn't even find the meat. It was all bun and veggies. I differently would not recommend the burger!

I am surprised that this restaurant has a 4.2 rating. For a fast food, counter service eatery we thought the experience was excellent. They do have a wide wide variety of choices. And to have your food prepared fresh upon order and piping hot when it arrived at the table is an unexpected delight.

This is my late night meal stop on the weekend Sam food always is fresh and hot. Great service and friendly staff.

I ordered though doordash and didn't know I had to pick delivery or pick up. Why use doordash if not for delivery. I tried canceling, no way to contact doordash so I called Sam's and my bank. Bank say let Sam's know about the cancelation. Sam's manager called back to say they are taking my money. I explain that I called 45 min ago to cancel and the guy told me to call doordash beforetheyreceive the order. Again no contact info for doordash. He said he had no way of canceling the order and I explained that I am telling you to cancel the order now he said no I am taking your money. I told him that I will not come to the store again and he said don't come back. We usually go there 5 to 9 times a month. No more.

Let me explain the overall score [3 stars.]
I visited Sam's the 1st week they opened. If I was asked then to rate them, it would had been 1 star. 1 for effort.
I was greeted by two employees and 1 Mgr. The mgr. assisted them with placing my order and then faded to the back of the house.
As I waited on my order, I had no choice but to listen to the 2 employees chatting.
A period of time went by and my order appeared in the pass thru window. The 2 employees cont to chat not seeing nor looking for my order to appear.
The Mgr reappeared and saw my face and then saw my order.
He passed me my food but didn't offer an apology for the delay.
The quality of the food was a hit or miss. Meaning I got two seperated orders and one was said to be good and the other was not.

Now to present day.
The updated signage grabbed my attention.
2 Chicken Wraps for $10.
That's price fell right into my lunch budget. My 2nd option was going to be the tuna sandwich for $6.99.
But i thought it would be too small and not filling.

Chicken wraps it is.
I choose to use the drive thru and I was four cars deep.
I noticed when I pulled in line. The car behind me decide to park.
Well by the time I got to the mic to order.
The customer that decide to park and go in. Was on his way home with his order.
After listening to a 20 min. podcast i finally made it to the window to pay. Unfortunately the two cars in front of me had to park and wait for their food to be brought out.
I got home and took the first bite.
Very very very tasty. Surprisingly good. Chicken grilled wraps are so common, I wasn't expecting alot. But it was amazing 👏

So for that reason, I will check them out again. Even if the Jamaican place next door is open. They were closed today, that's how I found myself to be at Sams

First time I’ve been to this restaurant, walked in and ordered a grouper sandwich one of the best grouper sandwiches I’ve ever had Service was great also ordered a Greek salad. I’m eating that now and that’s fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant

I love the food so much!! 2 wraps for 10 bucks u can’t beat it! And the service is awesome! Ask for Sou Sou the manager! She’s an absolute sweetheart!!
