The food was delicious, scrumptious, should I go on. The turkey perlo rice, ribs, and greens beans are a must. I will definitely go again, again, again, we'll you get the idea. Next I want to try the smoke mullet. Must try Sims.

The BBQ was amazing. We tried brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. All were high quality and delicious! Their signature sauce is the only choice, but a really good one! We got there a bit late in the day on a Saturday so the brisket was reaching the end. They threw in a half rack of ribs to compensate which I thought was a fair and generous offer. Hard to say the atmosphere is great since it's basically a stationary food truck, but that's not why you come. You come for the great food! Enjoy!

stopped here for lunch when I read smoked turkey legs I MAYBE made an illegal uturn to come back because of the smell and was not dissapointed, the whole area they have set up is nice and has good vibes if you wanna chill and eat, but the turkey leg was so damn good. highly recommend, its hard to get a good turkey leg outside of november so ill be regularly hitting up Sims smoked. GAS
