I come to this location because it's close to my house. There's usually an older guy in there by himself. He's always nice and polite... The last few times I have been there he wasn't there. The person who was working there today had it looking CRAZY!!!! As soon as I walked thru the front door there was a young lady with open sores all over her legs charging her cellphone. Another gentleman was asleep at the table, with yet another woman sitting at a table with all of her belongings scattered about. Not to mention the red nose pit that was standing guard by the door. I felt unsafe and I wasn't sure if the young man behind the counter that was making the sandwiches was with the riff Raff or not. He looked like he was. I don't know if I will ever be back there.... Smh

They have a deal going on that’s $6.99 ANY foot long so I placed my order and the 3 sandwiches I ordered was NOT $6.99 each. And my receipt says discount $6.99 ANY FOOTLONG. That’s false advertisement. I paid regular price for the sandwiches. I believe I should get half my order refunded because that false advertisement. Subway do better. U are gonna lose a lot of customers.

My son and I came here the other day and got food, it was super busy and it was just one young man brlehind the counter doing both the inside line and outside drive-thru as well. He was very nice polite and professional. He took care of everyone, and so we came back and the young man is there again and my son is excited. We will come back and I hope the young man knows we appreciate him greatly. Thank you subway.

I have kept coming back to this location because it's really close to my house. There's only one guy that works here that is friendly. He's always by himself but stays positive. They're always out of stuff, and make your life very difficult. I ordered online and when I came to pick up they had the lobby closed and only the drive-thru open. I had to sit in line for about 15 minutes behind two other cars while my food sat there and got cold. Then, when I finally got to speak to the person at the window, they told me they don't carry pizza that I ordered on their website. No phone call, just waited till I got there and told me This will be my last trip to this location. Just some advice, there's a much better one about 2 mi up the road, worth the trip.

Ordered from the app, get there and half of my order was not available. I picked something else and was not able to say what I wanted on the new sandwich. Heavy mayo and mustard on all when that was not Ordered. Only 1 bread option. No bags or napkins. Will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Where to begin, first they were out of cold cut combs then no onions. I ordered the pretzel and they were out, ordered chocolate chip cookie and they were out. I get home and there’s no lettuce on any of my sandwich’s and the bread is hard as a rock. Long story short I was robbed of $40 and will dive a little further if I decide to eat subway again.

Dont waste your time going to this dump. I paid for an online order and when prompted for it to be ready, I entered this place, and was effectively ignored by both gross individuals working at the place even though I was the only person in line. When it was finally my turn for them to acknowledge my existence, they claimed that my order was not received. That stinks, but it happens. They found my order, and was able to print it out and began my order. Since I had a few minutes to wait while the otherder is prepped, and and had an extra errand to run, I asked to go and do that. It was a walk across the street. I was hoping that my four sandwiches would be prepared during that time, but I ensured to Hussle back. When I walked in, the "sandwich artist" told me that they had to stop working on my order because other customers came in. These were people that walked in after me. By the time they were done with the customers behind me, I was told that "they are starting my sandwich now". Mind you we are already 25 minutes past when the order should be ready. I told them that I should have been ready when I walked in and I won't be accepting the order and wanted it cancelled. Of course, they said they can't do that at the location, but seeing as how they struggle to simply make sandwiches, it's not a surprise.
I'll report back on my experience getting reimbursed for this locations incompetence

People behind counter move like sloths spend 30 mins in line to order food decided to just walk out after I asked how much longer and got a sly remark.. will not return to this location ever. Ac was out and sweat dripping off his nose onto food...

The blond girl with the cool glasses was very nice and accomodating, I was ordering a pretty complex sandwich and halfway through I changed my mind and politely asked her if she could remake it and she did. She was very respectful and courteous.

So this store has had a bad drive through speaker since June 2023.But they have a sign that says to drive to the window. I drove to the window and I sat there for almost 5 minutes. All the while, in direct eye shot to two employees. They looked in my direction however; neither one of them said or did anything. As a handicapped person going inside is not always an option. But by far this is the worst Subway I have ever attempted to spend my money at.No response is necessary, I honestly don't care to hear empty platitudes.
