Just walked into this location to get a sub and they're was 1 worker a white lady with dyed red hair. My husband and I came in said hello and she didn't say a word. She continued to make what I'm assuming were pick up orders for 10 minutes and didn't say anything thing. We left. She never acknowledged us and honestly it was just really rude.

I'm really disappointed with this Subway location. I’m a truck driver and I came right at 9:00 AM — the time it says the restaurant opens — so I could grab something to eat before starting my delivery route. I have a full day ahead and won’t be able to stop again until around 7 PM.
Even though there was someone inside and a sign saying the store was open, the doors were locked and they clearly weren’t ready to serve. This kind of laziness or lack of responsibility is unacceptable, especially when people rely on your posted hours to plan their day.
Because of this, I now have to spend the entire day without eating. Please respect your business hours or update them online to avoid frustrating your customers.

I go to Subway in Seffner I get there at 9:23 they're open until 10:00 when I get there the lady working is already breaking down the bar she informs me very rudely that she cannot help me and that the wait will be long and I said well you don't close till 10:00 if that's 35 minutes away she says yeah but I've got cleaning and stuff to do I just don't have the time to help you so I get out my phone to make a phone call and she says what were you looking to get and I said a Philly steak and cheese and she says oh I'm out of steak then I asked her about nachos she says I'm going to tell you the truth about subways nachos it's a broken up bag of chips with three squirts of cheese a couple of tomatoes and a couple of jalapenos and a dollar more if you want chicken or steak and that would make it $6 and it's just not worth it she says she's making sure she tells all the customers that so wow what an experience you know I fell in love with the nachos but I bet you I never come back to the Subway store again in Seffner unreal. My overall impression was I'll never come back to the store again

Terrible experience. I love Subway, but this is by far the dirtiest location I’ve ever been to. The ovens were filthy, the tables were dirty, the food containers were empty or poorly stocked, and the soda tasted like chlorine. On top of that, the place had a bad smell. Absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this place at all. It should be shut down and put under new management.

I am the lovely Krystal that worked at this store for a while now and recently got “let go” bc they didn’t want me using coupons , #newmanagement sucks I will dearly miss all my regulars and genuine people I meet on a day to day basis … everyone will definitely be missed <3
They have nothing it's been 3 weeks I have been trying to get meat ball sandwich and they don't have it. Today I tried to order a protein bowl. They had hardly anything to chose from. They said only chicken teriyaki and steak. They had no cucumbers, olives, lettuce or spinach. What was the point of being open when they haven't ordered any supplies. I walked out and didn't purchase anything.

The night employee that works Monday through Friday. She is. The reason I go there. She know how to make the sandwich that you want, literally. She has a wonderful personality and is very informative of what goes with what
