The male manager who works nights here is a very rude person. Does NOT belong in any customer service role let alone a leadership role. He is a liability to your company's representation. Never seen anything like it.

On 12/7/24 around 10 pm I’ve been coming here for about 10 years this has to be one of the worst experiences I ever had at a fast food restaurant the entire order was was missing incidents. How do you get a Crunchwrap with zero beef?? I asked for a mtn dew they litterally handed me something translucent in color. They also told me to pull into a parking spot and they will bring out my missing food items they said it should take 5 mins max after waiting 15 I just decided to leave. I’ve made a conscious decision that I just will never return to this one. And who ever is reading this do your self a favor and go to the one up the street on Brandon blvd that Taco Bell is always on point not like this seffner one. Poorly managed

Great job making Taco Bell a horrible place to eat! It should be very easy to put some smashed beans onto a double decker. This has happened 3 times now. Absolutely horrible.
