I would fire everyone that works here sad waited 30 min for my food just to wait an additional 10 min on a fork yall trash and sad individual can’t do a easy job y’all special special with this crew huh

Went through the drive thru tonight and when I got home my food was really cold & I only live 5 min down the road. The lady at the window was really nice though but since I spent $30 and was starving I heated it up and ate it just hoping yall aren’t keeping old food back there and that I don’t get sick.

We went inside.No line inside at 1030pm. Lobby and drive thru open. Staff was pleasant. Had 4 soft tacos and nachos. Waited over 5 minutes for food, not sure why? One taco was really soggy but they replaced it immediately. Restaurant was clean. Overall good late night food. Would go back again for late snack/dinner. See pics for hours, holiday hours and perks of working there.

Wow.... all I can say is WOW. I ASKED for exactly 7 FIRE sauce packets...what did I get...not 8! Not 6......but exactly 7 fire sauce packets. THAT IS WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! EVERYONE WORKING THERE ON SEPT 9TH NIGHT SHIFT...deserves a raise. Immediately! Bravo! Thank you for caring!
Thank goodness for drive thrus with good service late nights! After my graveyard shift I wanted some hot food and a long my way home I saw the lot sign for Taco Bell. The drive thru worker was alert and friendly. My food was hot and very nearly prepared. A+ for this franchise at this location! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

All Taco Bells are a hit or miss. However..... THIS Taco Bell was delicious. I ordered a #10 w/lemonde. The hard taco was crunchy and fresh, and it was filled as it should be. It was not sloppy either.. the grilled cheese burrito was also perfectly made. I went through the drive through. When I pulled in, there were about 5 cars ahead of me. I did not spend more than 2 minutes in the line, to include waiting, ordering, paying, and receiving my meal. Whatever they are doing inside, keep it up! The lemonade was also perfect! The lady at the window was pleasant. Absolutely no complaints from me! Obviously I will be back to THIS Taco Bell. Should my experience differ in the future, I will update. Thanks again Taco Bell 🔔

Little different here. If you’re old, you have to go to a screen or you stand and wait for somebody in the back to realize you’re there. A lot like McDonald’s and other places where you order from a screen and not a human. When I was there, I realized it and had some sort of Experience with it before. The person after me had no idea how to do it so I helped him with the screen.

I want to give them zero stars because none of it was right. Charged me individually for each taco ,burrito, quesadilla AND drinks. Kicker was no mild sauce in the store. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 miles down the road to the one off 60 where they at minimum get your order right with a smile.
