If I could give a zero I would this use to be my favorite tropical smoothie I come everyday they hired this young mix chick that works there I don’t know here name but she works in the morning to evening her attitude is so horrible she tried to make my smoothie in a dirty blender bowl that she hadnt even washed out yeah I’m definitely gonna give this tropical smoothie break. She needs to wear her name tag customer service with her has been horrible. I’m calling corporate.

Placed online order expecting for smoothie to be on shelf when I arrived but it wasn’t which is fine. Staff was busy I patiently waited but then 5 mins turned to 15mins and then I spoke with staff and they had smoothie sitting won’t come back to this smoothie place. What’s the point of having online order shelf when it’s not placed there. And if you are calling out names for people who placed a order in the store you should do the same for ones who order online if you are keeping items neither counter.

Came in, and ordered a mango monsoon smoothie. Sat down and received my smoothie in about five minutes or less. Smoothie tasted fresh and it was not overwhelmingly sweet, it had a perfect blend of fruit and cold sweetness. 10/10, will come again. I can’t speak for the food though I might try it next time.

I’ve gone 3 times to this location and each time they have said how the acai is not ready or they are not serving it. The other food i had is good but online it says they serve acai but I have not seen it in person.

I ordered an acai Nutella bowl, and they didn't put Nutella on it like you can see in the photo. I told the cashier that I didn't have any Nutella and she told me with attitude that it's in the middle and I told her that I wanted it on top like you can see in the photo, and she said no, that it's in the middle anyway. I paid $1.29 more so they could put more Nutella on it and she was very rude.

This is the cleanest and most well managed Tropical Smoothie location I have ever visited!! Thank you for the excellent clean service of the friendly employees and atmosphere. You all deserve raises and recognition!!🌟💯
I’ve been here multiple times and I always get the same DRY barely looking at me type of service. EXTREMELY dismissive. Honestly it’s just sad at this point , won’t be coming to this location anymore . Rather drive extra or somewhere else with better customer service .

Terrible experience. Waited over 30 min for my online order. It was sitting behind the counter the entire time. There was only two people working and they both were inexperienced. Then all of the sudden a 3rd employee appears from the back with an airpod in her ear and she reluctantly starts to help and give out peoples orders. Really disappointed in this location. I won't be back.

walked in no one acknowledged I was even there. Some walked to the back and continued doing whatever. No greeting, no hello we will be with you in a min. Nothing. Very rude. I will not spend my money in an establishment like this! I walked right back out after waiting to be acknowledged
