i travel all over this country for work and am a frequent waffle house visitor. This is hands down THE BEST Waffle House i’ve ever been to. Mali the cook knows what he is doing, the entire restaurant was super clean, i wish this place was 10 mins from my house! Thanks Mali and Shay !

01/08/26 – Around 1:00 PM I walked into Waffle House to purchase a large hot water. Both the server and the manager refused to sell it to me. At first, the server said it was because I wasn’t buying food, then changed the excuse to calling it a “safety hazard.” I am homeless and was simply trying to buy hot water so I could cook noodles and have something to eat. Despite this, they refused service. During this interaction, another customer in the restaurant was openly laughing while they spoke to me, which made the situation humiliating and degrading.

Best waffle experience ever! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. What really made our visit stand out was the amazing service from Heather W n Suzy and Somali the chef. They were both so friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. They checked on us often, had great attitudes, and made sure everything was perfect. Service like theirs truly makes a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Waffle House no longer accepts phone calls and not only for orders but for anything. We went down to Waffle House in Seffner placed our orders. They were two breakfast bowls and a pecan waffle. Get home we ate our meals and when I got to my pecan waffle it was not pecan waffles. It was a plain waffle. We’re retired seniors, and you would think there’d be some way to contact the store to let them know that. while their employees were not rude, but they were not very friendly either. I doubt I’ll go to a waffle house again.
