They gave me someone else’s order that has been sitting for quite some time. I ordered a six piece. They gave me an eight piece with different flavor, wings and all drums and the fries were really cold and hard and the dipping sauce was room temperature and the corn taste like rubber .. Pure laziness because you can’t sit there and tell me that you didn’t know that this food was sitting out for an excessive amount of time Will not ever be returning here

First time here. Won't be going back. Jipped me 10 wings on my mobile order and mislabeled everything so I couldn't even tell which flavor was missing. They gaslit me for 20 minutes instead of remaking my order like I asked because 1. You can't tell what flavor is missing because it's a jumbled, mislabeled mess, and 2. my order is now cold after I had to drive back to the store when I opened the boxes at home and realized how much was missing. The ladies in the back gave attitude and mocked me the whole time for saying they left a horrible first impression instead of fixing their mistake. Kept saying the order wasn't missing anything when I can count wings. Than Called me a liar about when I picked my order up even after showing Life360 gps confirming the time I picked up my order. Will be calling the manager because my flavors were still wrong even after all of that arguing because they insisted I was the one in the wrong and would only replace what was missing (which was a tossup what that even was) instead of remaking it. 🤢🤢🤢 Horrid customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 10 mild barbecue boneless wings (no fries, no drinks, SIMPLE). The little cashier Anneka made me repeat myself at least 5 times. Mind you, I was the only one placing an order. Please listen more carefully to your customers, especially when I get home and have VERY HOT, not mild wings. Luckily my sinuses got cleared out. Definitely won't be back.

I’m disgusted and upset after my visit to this wingstop location. I found a long strand of hair tangled in my French fries. There’s no excuse for this kind of negligence in food preparation. It’s clear that proper hygiene and quality control were not a priority in that kitchen. I expected better. This experience has completely turned me off from eating here again. Do better wingstop.

Customer service is normally a problem when I go to Wingstop but I always come back for the food. However, Natalia at the cash register was extremely sweet and made my girlfriend and I’s experience very pleasant.
