I ordered in-store to take home. At the Seffner store. I ordered a dry rub Cajun wings. First, I paid way more than I expected, but since I love the ones at the Brandon store, I thought the Seffner store would be just as good. What I got was not the dry rub Cajun, but The wet buffalo sauce with a little bit of maybe Cajun rub? They tasted like buffalo they were wet. They were not a dry rub. I was furious because I just paid $32 for 20 wings that were not the flavor that I requested. Disclaimer, five dollars of that was ranch lol

Ordered from Seffner Wingstop on 12/10/24. After bad experiences with past management, we tried them again. Manager Franki went way OVER THE TOP to make sure that everything was perfect with our order. The food was perfect, tasted amazing. The service was outstanding. I cannot thank Franki enough. After saying we would not be back, Franki has changed our minds. The wings were excellent and Franki is the BEST!!!

I love these wings they are very tasty and perfect texture but for almost 30$ 20 wings should be enough to fill me up, but they didn't, they are skinny wings. I could've easy eaten almost 3 orders of 20 wings which would be almost 100$ worth to be satisfyed.
For those curious i'm 5'10 weighting 160lb. I say this bc i've gotten the same amount from publix, and 10 wings are enough for me.

35 minutes for carry out order. Totally unorganized. People sitting at table forever waiting for food while the food sat on a shelf in a paper bag. 15 orders on the shelf and they have to read every tiny receipt taped to bag to check on your order bags are in no particular order. Finally got my order. I ordered 10 piece bone in smoked teriyaki and got boneless to spicy to eat. I won’t be back.

I actually love WingStop. I ordered them every week. The spite of the fact that when you order they give you small wings that are fried to the Dickens! I will actually stay. I do not think that it is the chicken people like I think it is actually the ranch or the blue cheese. I also feel like sometimes the size of the chicken for the amount of money that they charge they should make sure that they are all, a good size and not give you chicken wings that look like the Size of a baby pinky ! and also get rid of Thomas church. His customer service is bad. He is not a manager should stand for.
Good wings. Nice staff. Needs more tables and a trash can.

3 times I've ordered through their app 3 times I got notified my order was ready 3 times failed. Upon arrival each time I've waited 30 min or longer being told "their working on it" the fries I got were cold and soggy. The Cajun corn cold. You would think waiting THAT LONG everything would be hot and fresh. So disappointed it's not like this place is cheap. when you get notice your order is ready you do expect to show up pick up and go. Not stand waiting being looked at like you never pre-ordered. Wish another wing place was close.

Amaya and CJ went out of their way to fix our order. Our order was delivered to home instead of our business, business name was and delivery instructions as well as the need for the driver to call me when they reached our guard shack due to security reasons. After several attempts of trying to reach the driver myself and with no help from doordash, I reached out to the store. Mrs. Maya answered the call and proceeded to assist me. While I was very upset, she was able to calm me down through her calm voice and updates of what the manager, Mr. CJ was doing to correct the issue of the food being delivered to the wrong address. Mr. CJ went above and beyond what a manager should have to do for a customer. He took over dealing with doordash recooked our order so that we could pick it up in store once we've received our food back at the office. It was perfectly cooked. The fries were amazing and everyone was exceedingly pleased with their order. I am happy to report we will continue to do business with this store. We will just for now be a pickup only. Thank you for all of your assistance
