I ordered the loaded chicken bacon ranch cheesey fries and they were delicious, especially with wing sauce on top! ❤️? I was pleased with the portion, price and amount of chicken, will definitely order it again!

For the first time in my entire life, I was completely and knowingly ignored by a restaurant worker. After receiving our food in drive thru, we noticed we did not receive our ranch sauce that we had asked for. My wife rolled down the window and asked the worker who was taking other orders around the parking lot and the employee rolled her eyes and completely ignored my wife so I got out of the vehicle face to face with the employee who turned and walked away while I asked for the ranch. I then walked inside the restaurant, and the worker yelled across the restaurant to another employee to grab a ranch. We were unable to drink our sodas because they were completely flat or something else, making them gross, but wasn't going back in to deal with that after how rudely we were treated over a simple ranch sauce. Absolutely the rudest employee I have ever dealt with.

Customer service at this location is terrible!!!!!! and this is the second time I experienced it here. I just left the drive thru after ordering a mobile order in which I explained at the intercom at the drive-thru. I was told by a young gentleman to pull up to the window, when i arrived at the window a young lady by the name of Alyanna stated my total was $10.00. I told her i ordered and paid on the app, and she stated, name?? I told her my name and she retrieved my order. She attempted to hand me a milk, which I don't remember ordering, and she stated yea you did look at your ticket. I looked at my app on my phone to clarify the order. she precedes to CLOSE the drive thru window in my face and WALK away. I was in the drive thru for 3min until she came back to the window. She looked at me and stated "what?" I stated is there anyway i can change the drink into another drink and the charge of the change. She shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know and just looked at me. At the point I told her i don't appreciate or have time for the attitude and i requested her manager on duty. At that time she voiced of changing the drink and asked what I wanted. I understand fast food service can be busy and frustrating at times. I myself use to work in fast food, but there's no reason for ANYBODY to be rude to customers especially if they are paying their Hard-earned money to receive quality food and GOOD customer service. If they want to run a business and retain customers they should have good quality staff, with positive attitude dealing with customers. I also tried to call to speak with the manager on duty and was on hold for 5 minutes!!! Anyways they lost a customer!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!

I stood at the counter waiting patiently. No one acknowledged I was there. No one asked me if they could help me. So I just turned and left. I'll never stop again at this place. I can't rate the food because no one waited on me and I stood there in front of everyone.

I work in the food industry and I understand that it is hard (and sometimes annoying) when people come in close to closing time but it does not give the employees any excuse to act with little to no customer service. My boyfriend and I came after a late night because we were hungry and we checked their closing time before coming. They close at 10, we came at 920. The girl taking our order was extremely quiet and made it very obvious we were annoying her. Didn’t say a word to us when we pulled up to the window except for our total. No smile, no thanks, no here ya go. Awful customer service, don’t recommend. Go to a Chick Fil A or wingstop.

I ordered curbside pick up from here for a set time. I arrived at the right time and put in the parking spot I was in. I waited 20 minutes and finally walked in (I understand being understaffed so I waited). I asked where my food was and was rudely told it was sitting and waiting for me. I told the staff that it was curbside and the girl at the counter proceeded to argue that it was not. I presented the email and she didn’t acknowledge it. I asked for my watered down drinks to be remade (not even to remake my now 30 minute old cold food) and she then gave me an attitude and said “well it was made for when you needed to pick it up” THIRTY MINUTES AGO. Then she told the staff to make them to get me out of there. I will definitely not be back to this location.
