I used the Ap for the first and last time for delivery. I called them to place my order at first. And was told if I wanted delivery I had to order from the Ap. So, I installed the Ap. And placed my order for 3 people. Door Dash picked up from them. I also got a gallon of tea with the 3 meals. The bag was sealed to the food. Lo and behold when we opened the bag, my dinner wasn't there. Figures. I called and talked to Jessica who looked up the order. She said she had to call me back to figure out how to credit my CC. Or did I want to drive up to get the missing dinner. If I wanted (or could) to pick the order up I would have done that in the first place. I said to credit the card. Well she did call back. To tell me I would have to take it up with Door Dash to get my money back. Why do I have to call them if I'm paying Zaxbys? She said if I didn't calm down she would hang up on me. Are you kidding? You haven't heard angry yet. What kind of customer service is this. YOU SCREW UP but it's up to the customer to fix it? They definitely lost a customer. One with several grandkids that love chicken. But there is always the best chicken place.. Chick Filet.
If you want GOOD customer service, DO NOT go to Zaxbys in Seffner, across from the Walmart and Publix.

Food was Great...but experience was horrible the manager Jess just gave me hard time over the app erroring and not having the code in the drive thru line...she said you cant wait here 3mins for it to pop back in the app so I said ok Ill pay and get the 5 free fingers after. she said ok and i waited about 10mins and then app was ready with promo so i went inside and first employee didn't know how to do anything. I said here's the scan and she said you have to pay for another item. after buying $50 of food for the family. which is a daily meal usually publix tenders or winn dixie bucket deals. we love our chicken. wish the owners had a hands on the place seemed to be run bad the 3 times weve gone there since opened always horrible this time had to leave a review. Jessica the manager wouldn't even give me any # or email to contact to see if I can get some help. she did offer a cookie with a smirk and said want a cookie? but her attitude was so bad and as she said she was so confused over this she went to the back and had me wait 5more mins just to ask another employee and she yelled from the back I got it. due to over 30mins now there I just left...good food bad service...cant wait till robots take over her job.

Terrible service, did not listen at all through drive thru because what she said she “was distracted” messed up my whole order waste of money didn’t even eat the food
It was around 10:20 PM when I placed two orders. Since it was late, I didn’t check them right away, as I understand that the staff might not be able to handle everything in detail. However, when I got home, I found that the portion of potatoes was pitiful—and they seemed to be the only ones left because the taste was horrible. The boneless (chicken?) I ordered was of absurdly poor quality; it seemed like it had been sitting around for a long time. I’ve been going to the same place for a long time and had never had any issues before, but I find it absurd that other times when I’ve ordered the same thing, the quality was much better.

I’ve been to Zaxby’s twice in my life and it’s been a pleasant surprise! The food was good, the dining room was clean and the service was pleasant & efficient! The dipping sauces are great! Shame on me because I didn’t take any pictures! Just a quick stop coming home from the airport and it was what we needed.

Why am I paying for a large coke if your just going to put so much ice in it that it’s enough for a small drink…
Had to go and get my stomach pumped .....just jokn, but I thought about it!! OK, where do we start ....salty, salty, salty !! I've tasted less salty ocean water!!! The menu was all over the place and confusing, the inside was dimly lit, almost like a movie theater, and the food was EXTREMELY salty !!!! This was my first time trying Zaxbys, so it's a hard NO for another visit, grand opening grand closing !!!

They force employees to say good morning and if they don't it's a write-up, Why force something on someone if they don't want to It's freedom of speech. And saw a roach on the floor as I was leaving. Should of taken a picture.

NO HIGHCHAIRS in the dining room.This is extremely inconvenient for parents. I have never been to a restaurant or fast food place that didn't have highchairs. The food is great and workers are friendly but we won't be back since we can't eat inside.
