My manager purchased us lunch today. This was the first time trying out Cava. I got a grains bowl with basmati rice, chicken, broccoli , corn, tomatoes/ cucumbers and avocado. Within 30 minutes after eating it I felt really nauseous. I ended up with food poisoning and lost 3 hours of work. ðŸ˜

If only there were an option for more than 5 stars. I called Seminole Cava a couple of weeks ago because my best friend wanted it catered for her baby shower however, the closest catering location was 30 minutes away with Seminole only being 6 minutes away. Thank God TJ is the one who took my call because he made it happen for us. I explained it would only be about 12-15 of us and that the mom-to-be had been surviving off of Cava, specifically the sour cream and onion pita, during her pregnancy. TJ picked up all of the catering supplies and had everything ready to go the morning of the shower. He even threw in a bag of the sour cream and onion seasoning for her - such a thoughtful (and hilarious) surprise. TJ truly and co truly went above and beyond for us and we’ll never forget it.

Just ordered to-go from here for the first time. OMG. Sooooo good. Fresh and delicious. This will be a regular dinner for us from now on. Some of the best tzaziki I've ever had. Don't have photos because we weren't expecting to LOVE it so much that we were compelled to leave a glowing review. 😋

Won't be back. Not sure how a restaurant at lunch isn't prepared to serve lunch. Toss some scraps of burned chicken in a bowl because we didnt have meatballs and don't have chicken or pita bread.

The person taking my order today, Lor, was so sweet and bubbly, and it just made my day! Of course, the food, as always, was fantastic, but I was having a rough night and Lor’s cheery energy and kind demeanor really uplifted me :) Love CAVA!!!
