About Crumbl Cookies

Based on the reviews, this Crumbl location provides amazing customer service and friendly staff. The store is really clean, and they are quick to package cookies. The cookies are very good and absolutely HUGE. Specific cookies mentioned include the peppermint brownie cookie, a choc chip that tasted overdone on edges and bottom, and the Birthday Cake Confetti with icing so sweet it is sour. The service was great, and the staff was super friendly. Customers recommend going for the specialty flavors. While some find the cookies overrated and hard, others always want more and come back.
