Food and service today was 10/10. This staff needs to train the Chipotle at 1418 66th St. N St. Petersburg on food quality, where I just had the worst Chipotle bowl I’d ever had. This location is exactly how good Chipotle should be.

Hello,
I came in at 9:32 PM to order a burrito bowl. At that time, two of the proteins were already unavailable—no big deal. However, the fajita veggies were down to scraps, and the guacamole was clearly at the bottom of the container. I still went ahead with my order, understanding it was near closing time.
When I asked if I could have the remaining guacamole at no extra charge—since it didn’t look like a full serving and the veggies were visibly old—I was told no. I asked if what remained was even a full portion, and the employee paused before saying, “Umm, yeah it is. Do you want it?” I said sure, and was met with the response: “You could try to come in a little earlier next time.”
I would have appreciated a little leniency, considering I was making a full-price purchase and accepting the leftovers that would likely be tossed out anyway. Instead, I was charged full price for bottom-of-the-barrel ingredients and made to feel like the burden was on me for arriving 30 minutes before closing.
I understand policies are policies, but it felt like the priority was squeezing out one more dollar rather than ensuring quality and customer experience. It’s disappointing to see that food on its last legs is considered good enough to sell, but not worth accommodating for.

Get Lipped Fishing

I placed an order for my family and I and my burrito that I ordered had a giant piece of metal in it. I bit down into my burrito and there was metal also a bone after the metal incident. Very unsatisfied I could’ve choked on this piece of metal. I will provide a picture below, but honestly, my family and I love Chipotle, it’s kind of scary to think that this could’ve been in my kids food. Hoping to hear back from management.

Terrible! The person who serve me the food gave a lot more chicken than their suppose too on accident. I ask for double, which is normally $12, but the cashier name Tami rung me up for $20!! Never go here if you see an old lady that hates her life and gives you shit for something you never did!

Messiest chipotle I've ever been too. Ingredients all over other ingredients. There was more medium salsa in there hot container than there was actual hot salsa. no care at all

At this chipotle you get what you sign up for. Large portions, good taste, and decent value. They are starting to hike their prices and it can be too long of a wait at times but it is always good

Consistently good food as far as my experience has been. Staffing seems to churn a bit but likely seasonal and usually capable. This Seminole location has been reliable but lacks anything decor-wise. Had what looks like an unfinished particle board dividing wall since opening. Age is showing otherwise. But the food is good.

Was not pleased to wait 40 minutes in line for food. This location has gone downhill. No one had any motive with the line was basically out the door. I feel bad for the kid he was alone working the line. Then you have a older lady with glasses and wears a bun who usually is doing cashier I think she thought it was more important to complain to people I don’t know if she is a new “manager” now that she is wearing a polo but she was not professional with a line of people watching. Conversation among eachother also seemed more important. The kitchen was also wreck, I get it you have busy times where you can’t keep up , and maybe you’re short staffed but the carelessness was ridiculous. And food quality was not worth the 40 minutes.

You guys! PLEASE get your act together. This dining room is DISGUSTING. I realize most of you are young and don't really care about your job but seriously this place needs a manager that has interest in keeping this location open. The people of seminole deserve better. DO BETTER.

I was in this store around 8:50 last night getting dinner and both the manager Cheyenne and Richey were making fun of one of the employees Sabrina. They called out to another employee to come watch the video and they were all laughing at her. I’ve been in this store multiple times have watched Paul (the store manager), Richey and the other managers in this store make fun of not only Sabrina but also other employees in the store like Maddie that also has Autism and a speech problem. Sabrina has Autism. This is NOT how you manage a store. I’m a GM for a restaurant and you NEVER discriminate or nonetheless make fun of your employees. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. I don’t know any of these people personally but the employees and Sabrina are always so nice and respectful. The management team needs work. I’ve already called corporate on this matter also.

The food was good and the service excellent. I haven’t been to a Chipotle in a year and I can remember walking into Chipotle and seeing 6-7 employees bustling behind the counter getting things done and keeping the place spotless. This Chipotle had three people working. Every surface was a mess.
