Glorified Taco Bell. Carne Asada was so tough I couldn't eat it.

Horrible experience here this evening. Ordered some tacos and asked for more meat after receiving the smallest portion i have ever seen. They proceeded to tell me thats the normal serving and charged me for double which is criminal. I ordered a carne asada quesadilla for my wife to go and when she goes to eat it she finds it is literally just cheese and no meat in the tortilla and it was never even heated up. Just cold shredded cheese. Id be beyond embarrassed to charge 35$ for that. Employees just dont care at all.

Brook was the nicest person I’ve talked to in the food industry, 10/10 would come again so that I could tell her how nice of a person she is!

Ordered through the app, a delivery order. They gave the driver the wrong order. No one answered the phone when I called. Had to drive down here to get the correct order. No apology. No offer for anything. Just rude customer service. The last 2 times I’ve been here they have messed something up.

So i was nvr coming to this location ever again but thank you to brook and Cheyanne for overhearing my how dissatisfied i was and went above and beyond to make sure i left happy. And it meant a lot. I had expressed my concerns to the boy making my order and he shrugged me off and just fake apologized when that was his que to take initiative and take action. But he doesn’t get paid enough to care- i get it. but the girls at the register/making the Togo orders (brook and Cheyanne) took it amongst themself to work together and make me feel heard and also had a simple solution. They absolutely did not have to care but thats what sets them apart from the other staff. It’s very evident they are good team players so thank you very much. I live very close by so im glad they genuinely cared and thats all i wanted to begin with. This is my first review I’ve ever left so im also not a complainer by any means. The girls rly took care of me so i decided to leave a review and id hope the manager sees this and appreciates them. Xoxo

Despite noon time crowd(it was very busy) staff was exceptional in getting orders out. The team worked as a well-oiled machine and with pleasant personal connection. Staff was observed being respectful of each other. Best experience at any Chipotle ever.

Food and service today was 10/10. This staff needs to train the Chipotle at 1418 66th St. N St. Petersburg on food quality, where I just had the worst Chipotle bowl I’d ever had. This location is exactly how good Chipotle should be.

Hello,
I came in at 9:32 PM to order a burrito bowl. At that time, two of the proteins were already unavailable—no big deal. However, the fajita veggies were down to scraps, and the guacamole was clearly at the bottom of the container. I still went ahead with my order, understanding it was near closing time.
When I asked if I could have the remaining guacamole at no extra charge—since it didn’t look like a full serving and the veggies were visibly old—I was told no. I asked if what remained was even a full portion, and the employee paused before saying, “Umm, yeah it is. Do you want it?” I said sure, and was met with the response: “You could try to come in a little earlier next time.”
I would have appreciated a little leniency, considering I was making a full-price purchase and accepting the leftovers that would likely be tossed out anyway. Instead, I was charged full price for bottom-of-the-barrel ingredients and made to feel like the burden was on me for arriving 30 minutes before closing.
I understand policies are policies, but it felt like the priority was squeezing out one more dollar rather than ensuring quality and customer experience. It’s disappointing to see that food on its last legs is considered good enough to sell, but not worth accommodating for.

I placed an order for my family and I and my burrito that I ordered had a giant piece of metal in it. I bit down into my burrito and there was metal also a bone after the metal incident. Very unsatisfied I could’ve choked on this piece of metal. I will provide a picture below, but honestly, my family and I love Chipotle, it’s kind of scary to think that this could’ve been in my kids food. Hoping to hear back from management.

Terrible! The person who serve me the food gave a lot more chicken than their suppose too on accident. I ask for double, which is normally $12, but the cashier name Tami rung me up for $20!! Never go here if you see an old lady that hates her life and gives you shit for something you never did!

Messiest chipotle I've ever been too. Ingredients all over other ingredients. There was more medium salsa in there hot container than there was actual hot salsa. no care at all
