I went To this location this afternoon and wanted to point out the outstanding service i received from the staff. They were extremely fast while being overwhelmed with a vast amount of orders and even though i witnessed another customer become irate due to not getting his coffee within approximately sixty seconds of placing his order, the staff handled it with the upmost professionalism and tried their best to diffuse the situation even though they were being belittled and berated. James whom is a new hire at this store is an outstanding employee is an example for others to follow as he tried his best to perform great customer service. Go to this location and you will not be disappointed.The biggest disappointment is if you go there between 730-8 expect them to be closed. They close before 8.

got there around 7 PM. I pulled up To the speaker and was waiting there for almost 5 minutes before he said give me a moment I’ll be right with you and I said OK waited another five minutes for him to come back and mind you when I pulled around there were no cars nobody in the lobby just some people standing up there talking then when he asked, what do you want instead of what can I get you which was rude I asked him if he had any more brownie batter donuts they said no and I get that at the end of the night there can be no more donuts left but I waited almost 10 minutes and that line just for them to have the one thing I went there for

I was have one bad day at here. When i was give him 20$ and my order only 5.11$. And he was changed to me 4.89$. Then i was ask him many time about this mistake. But he still say i just give him 10$ however i only have 20$ in my wallet. This is last time i come here and never come back again. It is true. if they want they can check your camera by themself.

I came through the drive thru this morning and one of the older ladies was being rude to her employee I asked the employee what the lady name was and she said Lisa. I wanted to write a review on this because I found it very disrespectful how she could sit there and belittle someone who was trying their best. You should put someone in charge like that who belittles their employees instead of correcting them in a manger manner. This isn’t the first time I’ve came by and she was doing this and I feel like something should be done about this. It’s very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be coming back if this continues

I came for a coffee, hashbrowns, and a breakfast sandwich. I did a mobile order for faster service but I still had to wait over five minutes because they burned the sandwich. after getting to my destination, I realize that I received a burnt sandwich ANYWAY and literally four hash browns . I also asked for a strawberry and grape jelly. They were so old it didn’t even spread. There was no juice. Nothing it was like a toy. Thanks a lot.

I enjoyed ?my stop? at the Dunkin'?☕️ Park Boulevard on my way to our beautiful Lake Seminole Park ?at 7:00 this morning, I was greeted by both employees?♀️?♀️ when I entered and they took my order and made my perfect cup of coffee☕️ as I took a few pictures ?of the inside of the beautiful store, we chit chatted a bit as I told them I was a Google Maps review guide and that I had recently visited the Dunkin on Bay Pines Boulevard on my way to our beautiful Madeira Beach ?at 6:30 in the morning on Saturday the vibe from that Dunkin was the exact opposite of the Fantastic experience I had at the Seminole Park Boulevard Dunkin thanks again ladies at Seminole Dunkin for the service the smiles and the perfect cup of Dunkin coffee my go-to⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bad day at Dunkin! Staff was rude and untrained. Ordered a drink, handed them my $15 dunkin cup and then charged me the full price of a drink to fill it instead of half price. When I questioned him he said the register wouldn't let him do it so there was nothing he could do? Ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for salt and pepper, the guy making the sandwiches rolled his eyes and handed me a huge handful of packets and walked away. I took the one packet each that I needed and left the rest on the counter. Won't be going to this location again. Mondays are bad enough, I don't need this kind of attitude added to it.

I went through the drive through and my coffee was not right. I went in to get it fixed and it didn't seem like a priority to either one of the people working. They both moved on to making new orders instead of remaking mine. I told the girl that I had to leave and she gave me an attitude before finally remaking it correctly.
