Really good fried chicken wings and steams dumpling chicken was tastey. They were out of chicken sticks, hopefully time we will be able to try it. Over all we enjoyed the food and were satisfied!!

Ridiculous-$3 delivery fee (not a tip), mandatory 18% tip (although they try to tack on 20% automatically until you edit it), and a $0.99 service fee. This adds an extra $9 to our delivery order, which is basically another meal. Their food is your typical chinese take out: alright, nothing spectacular.

I ordered through Uber Eats online and the food never arrived and Hong Kong would not do ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Do not order from them. They have terrible customer service.

Used to be my favorite (delivery chinese) until tonight when I was told 45min for delivery, then had to call after an hour and a half to see if my food was on the way. And yes, I was assured that it was almost here, the driver was in my area. Another 15 mins later I get a bank notification, apparently there was a glitch with my card. And they called back to see if I still wanted them to make my food. So someone LIED to me about my food being en route and no one bothered to communicate there was an issue, which I would have been happy to provide another card. Severely disappointed. UPDATE- checked my card, it was declined because they typed in the security code wrong. Which has happened before, it notifies me immediately. That means that no one had run my card or started to prepare my food until I called the 2nd time.

Bro I’m Asian I know what chow mein is. Girl argued with me that chow mein is not a noodle dish and if I want noodles I need to order Lo mein. when I got stewed vegetables instead of chow mein. I love this places food but mein is literally noodle in Chinese. Like a box of stewed vegetables with no noodles in it is not mein. ?

First time visiting this evening I got pork fried rice which was okay and I got an order of spring rolls which were spoiled very nasty had to spit them out.

Our first time going here...i picked up food and got home n no sweet n sour sauce for the pork...really pretty upset as i didn't feel like driving back to seminole just to get sauce (we live in p park)...yes not that far but i shouldn't have had to..manager called back and she had one of the drivers being me the sauce...i went from disappointed to amazed that they would do that! And the food was good! Hubby said one of the best orange chicken he has had!!
I love the portions. I always have enough for two meals. I order delivery more but did takeout this time.

I’ve been ordering from this place for years as it used to be the best in the area however something has changed dramatically over the past couple years and I’ve had enough. The quality has gone down in every way including the service. I recently ordered a seafood dish that has shrimp and scallops. When my food was delivered I discovered my dish was missing the scallops. I called to let them know and they accused me of lying and basically told me too bad deal with it. I’m not sure if they’re under new ownership or new management but whatever it is the quality of food and the service are no longer worth my money. They have lost a long time loyal customer.

My husband just ordered for the first time, my orange chicken was dry, hardly any juice, chicken fried rice was also dry! I will go back to China King in Oakhurst plaza! A few minutes farther away but it will be well worth it!

My husband ordered to-go about 6:15 on 5/6/2024 (steamed chicken & broccoli, general tso, and crab ragoon). Food is really good! Fresh and flavorful dishes. However, we did not get the crab ragoon.
