I went in a little bit ago and I ordered an Italian but the young man working the counter was very rude he had an attitude like he did not want to be there and I had to wait 10-15 minutes for my sub when I normally wait 5 minutes max! I did not see a name tag but another employee called this young man angelo Im a regular at this location and im very disappointed with my experience today I will not be returning to this location again after the way I was treated with attitude

I can see why this store only has 3 star reviews compared to other stores. I stopped in today. Looks like they had two new beginners. I got home ate my sub. It was one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was like just eating bread. They need to have a manager on duty instead of having trainees making these subs paying too much money to get halfway decent.

Was going to order a roast beef wrap - and the guy says “listen, I don’t know where that wrap came from, but this bread was baked today” so I decided on the parmigiana bread… sooo delicious!!! Loved it and would get it again!

Ordered our subs from DoorDash as we are from out of town so it was just easier than trying to navigate. Unfortunately the wrong food was placed in our bag. Fortunately we called and they were so nice and helpful, they left instantly and delivered our subs to us. That deserves 5 stars for sure! Thank you!!

Entered the store to order dinner for my partner and i and as I was standing in i was harassed by a customer that was waiting in line behind me and then a few moments later i placed my order with jason. Then jason takes the order of the gentleman behind me and it is very apparent that they are buddies and then jason deliberately makes his buddies order that was behind me first. Very unprofessional and rude. You should always take care of your customers in the order that they arrived.
Jason the new store manager has an amazing attitude and personality that makes a great company work! Fantastic service refreshing

I got there at 11am and there was one person in front of me I waited 10 minutes before they even waited on him and no one bothered to ask me for another several minutes and by now there was probably 15 people lined up in back of me. I was just tired of waiting and no one even bothered to acknowledge me so I finally just walked out . I will never go back to this particular store especially because Jersey Mike's is average at best and I'm not waiting that long for a sandwich from this establishment .
