My son went in to get me a sandwich and he had me on speakerphone to order. The server was Ethan. He was so kind and respectful taking my order and very patient. His customer service was top tier. The service was amazing along with his attitude. Thank you Ethan!!

We found blood on a bun of a takeout order once. I guess dude sliced himself so clean he didn't feel it. Perhaps we should be glad it wasn't a finger. They would have uncharged us and the sub would have cost $20.

Terrible service. Stay away from this store. Ordered sandwiches with Jersey Mike app. Got message from Door Dash delivery driver my bread was not available. I called the store to cancel which is what the help button in the gives you as an option. Jersey Mike staff said they could not cancel and refund. Offered for me to speak with supervisor after 3-4 minutes waiting. Was told supervisor is not answering. Talked to Door Dash said they could not cancel and refund. Both Jersey Mike Seminole and Door Dash just kept my money blamed each other, did not fix the problem, or refund me. Will never order or eat here again. Thief’s hiding behind corporate policy.

Great staff!! I was so impressed with the service today (8/5/25). I have a gluten allergy and they took it so seriously… made all accommodations to make it a great sandwich safe for me to eat. Thank you!!

Walked in at 4:45 pm absolutely nobody in the store and three employees were waiting…i asked for a Italian sub but with turkey instead of the spicy ham on the sub and they flat out told me no and they wouldn’t do it and then proceeded to say they could only do it if i was charged for extra meat…never been an issues i’ve had before and on top of everything the female employee was extremely combative…left without ordering because the energy was so weird

I’ve never been to a sandwich deli where they make your sandwich in front of you but say they can’t toast your bread? Huh ??? Oh well back to firehouse and Publix

I ordered subs delivered by Uber eats. I paid extra for extra cheese on my sub and when I recieved it, it was ridiculously empty, not cut and made with zero effort. I'm extremely disappointed with this jersey Mike's because I've had nothing but good experiences before this. Almost a $17 6inch sub with hardly any meat on it is ridiculous. Literally can hardly see or taste the cheese steak part of the sub because there is hardly any meat on it.

Ordered my sub and got one that was sitting there. I assume it was not made correctly for another order. I asked for extra cheese was assured it had it. Got home and it was wrong. Called and spoke with Angelo who said he is the manager. He argued with me. Then asked if I wanted to go back. I said no. He said well the I don't know what you want from me. He was so rude. I go here at least once a week and everyone is usually very friendly. Very sad if that's the way managers are being trained to speak with customers. I don't know if I'll ever go back there or not. All it takes is one bad experience to totally change your opinion of a company.

I order thru the app, am given a time to pick up and my order is not ready at that time. I've waited 20+ min at the store.
Today I had to cancel my order because they couldn't make a sub between 12:53 pm and 1:26 pm. The manager admitted it was his fault, made me call the store to get a refund and offered nothing for all my wasted time. I now have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back for something I never received.
Clearly the store doesn't care. Jersey Mike's Corp doesn't care. I've submitted feedback thru the website comment card and never, ever hear back.
I will never, ever go to that location again and will be sure to tell everyone how awful this place is. These issues are on the franchise owner. No surprise it only has 3.9 stars.
I normally always have a good experience when I come here but today, a girl with blonde hair and glasses with extremely rude to me and my friend for absolutely no reason. I genuinely hope she has a better day
