I’ve been attending this location regularly for over a year and all of a sudden there’s been a female manager who has been rude on multiple occasions. I overheard her say “speak up or you will not be served” to a customer. And saw another customer try and pay with a brand new gift card and she refused to help the young gentlemen. I’m not sure when this women was hired but she is making a horrible impression for this business.

Stopped in for dinner and was greeted upon entry…food was served efficiently and employee was friendly. Food was hot and had good flavor as well. Restaurant was clean and looked very nice. Definitely recommend for a quick meal with a nice variety of menu options.

The girl that was cooking was rude to her other co workers. Rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing the whole time My daughter wanted super greens when the counter worker asked the cook she said “you’ll get it when you get it” This happened Sunday November 30th at 630 pm my daughter thought she did something wrong. I’ll never go to this location ever again……

For fast food the food is very fresh, the plate portion double the entree feeds two people. The only thing I didn't like are their egg rolls. Try them you might like them. I just get entree and rice.

Got catering for the work crew. Nick was awesome juggling all our needs. Catie was great with handling our setups for the masses. The whole team took care of all of us.

Absolutely pathetic experience at Panda Express (around 6–6:30 PM)
Walked in last night and wow… what a joke. Almost all the food was gone or scraped to the bottom of the pans (see my pictures if you think I’m exaggerating). When I asked about the food I actually wanted, they told me it would be “10 minutes” to make more. Yeah, I’ve fallen for that before — waited, got gross, soggy slop. Not making that mistake again.
The girl working the counter? She had open, nasty sores all over her face. Absolutely disgusting. Why on earth is someone in that condition being allowed to serve food? Meanwhile, the cook and her coworkers were busy playing and chatting instead of actually doing their jobs and keeping food stocked. The whole counter was a mess, cluttered with boxes and junk. It looked more like a playground than a restaurant.
This place is embarrassing. Do better — or just close. Over these places hiring people who clearly don’t care and have no respect for the customers eating here!!! Next time I won’t be writing on pandas review or calling your corporate office! I will be calling Pinellas County health department!!!
Louisa & Catie were sweethearts ☺️ Louisa helped me and was extremely patient and kind with me and Catie checked me out and was just as kind! Loved my experience, been coming here for years and never had an issue 👍
