Ordered on the app and it told me a specific time my food would be ready. I got the alert that my food was ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time (glitch between the app and how the restaurant has to start the food) and I was 10 minutes away. Unfortunately the food was lukewarm, but the staff and manager were awesome, totally understood and remade our food. Excellent service!

Food is expensive for the small amount of beef . I could have went to a Chinese buffet
Ordered DoorDash and had to throw the entire order away. The chow mein was rancid and made me question the food safety of the rest of the order. Worried I’ll be sick

Nasty food. Poor quality. I have had the unfortunate displeasure. Of eating and picking up orders at this location. Some of the workers try to make you verify with uber. That's for them to verify the order to the driver not confirmation of picking the order up. They could request qr codes be printed on reciepts for this they get nasty if you don't falsely verify orders. They don't go over orders to verify. So it's false. Family all got sick eating the nasty food here to. No thanks. Pass it up and head to another better store. Enjoy the diareiah if you don't cheers.
Horrible service there was only one lady serving food and working on register, apart from seeing a huge line which I had to wait 15-20 minutes almost my whole lunch break she was taking her sweet time, finally got my food and knowing I was taking it to go didn’t even put napkins or any utensils. ALSO THE FOOD IS SUPER SALTY HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN PLEASE STAY AWAY

The panda express in seminole mall is fairly new and always clean. The staff are courteous but always seem stressed out. I'm not sure if it's due to staffing or just overall being overwhelmed. Any time I have ordered online to-go (which has been at least 4 times or more now), my oder has taken 10 minutes or longer than the estimated time it should be ready. Every time this has happened, it was due to waiting on the food to come out. The food always taste great but I've noticed the portions are different almost every time I go. This location needs consistency and possibly better staffing.
