Bri (sp?) was quick to answer, listen, understand, and fix the problem above and beyond my expectations. Food got to my house incredibly quick. So hot I had to let it cool down.

This was the best Papa John's pizza I have ever had. The cheese layer was so perfect. The garlic knots were also soft and delicious. The only complaint was the parking lot wasn't well lit.

Decided to order on my app today because I had 4 dollars to redeem. Well, I never had an issue at this store until now. Ordered the Gameday bundle with garlic knots, pizza and 2 liter soda. First, the driver forgot my drink so had to wait an additional 20 min on top of the 45-55 min standard wait time. Then the garlic knots had zero garlic sauce on them. The knots were plain and dry!!! Cmon do better.
I to, am a victim of doordashing. My pizza was found the next day on my elderly neighbors front porch. Stellar delivery.

I pre-ordered a pizza 3 days in advance and when I went to pick it up day of they said I’d have to wait at least a hour even tho I reserved a pizza for a specific time and paid money. Tf was the point of me ordering a pizza online for a party if they weren’t gonna have the pizza available.

Unfortunately, the lowest rating I can give is a one star papa John’s deserves much lower because they decided to team up with DoorDash so when you expect a pizza at 35 to 45 minutes it’s an hour and a half or longer doesn’t matter what they tell you when they email you a estimated time this is the third time this is happened one time the pizza never showed. I had to go pick it up. I learned my lesson dont order pizza for delivery !! After 8 Papa Johns employees are great. All they can do is apologize it’s not in their hands. Worst decision Papa John’s ever made
