I went there within the last half hour before close and the gentleman there was absolutely delightful! Definitely a great location to visit, also the Papa Dippa sauces are straight fire 🔥

The manager Andre Wilson is a jerk. Employees are incompetent and rude as well. It’s clearly a top down issue. I have ordered from this spot for ten years and not had an issue. Today, my pizza said delivered but it never even left their store. They asked me to come get it when I finally called them. When I said I wanted it delivered they said it would be 45 more minutes. I was not too happy with that, but I understand stuff happens. When I asked if the pizzas would be made fresh, the employee said no they would still be hot. I don’t want already over an hour old pizza an hour later. I talked to Andre the manager and he was not helpful, completely rude and dismissive. I will not use this location again. I’ll go pick up at the 66th branch. Andre Wilson is a joke, a jerk, and needs to be relieved of his duties.

Bri (sp?) was quick to answer, listen, understand, and fix the problem above and beyond my expectations. Food got to my house incredibly quick. So hot I had to let it cool down.

This was the best Papa John's pizza I have ever had. The cheese layer was so perfect. The garlic knots were also soft and delicious. The only complaint was the parking lot wasn't well lit.

Decided to order on my app today because I had 4 dollars to redeem. Well, I never had an issue at this store until now. Ordered the Gameday bundle with garlic knots, pizza and 2 liter soda. First, the driver forgot my drink so had to wait an additional 20 min on top of the 45-55 min standard wait time. Then the garlic knots had zero garlic sauce on them. The knots were plain and dry!!! Cmon do better.
