Terrible garbage pizza! I used my free pizza coupon that I received for the terrible order I received placed before this one, and you missed the mark again! I ordered this pizza well done and it’s soggy and not cooked all the way. This pisses me off because in order to use the coupon you have to place a minimum amount for delivery, so I did and then you don’t even get the sauces right!

Haven't ordered from here for a while, thought we'd give it another try.....ordered a large pie, with their $5.50 delivery fee, plus $5 tip, it came to $30......pizza arrived and it wasn't fully cooked, very doughy and soft - it was gross and threw it away! Raise prices, add a delivery fee and then don't deliver a good product! Do better Papa John's!! Very disappointed and will never order from you again!

After ordering TWO GF large pizzas online they gave us pizza that isn’t GF and I have a 14 year old and myself who are allergic to gluten. After calling they stated “Too bad, it was ordered online and there is nothing we’re gonna do.” Rude and condescending and I will be taking this further to head quarters. I think people need to realize how severe a GF allergy can be.Your management is a joke and the way you responding towards my NICE call is blasphemy. We haven’t ordered in years due to our allergy and finding out you had GF pizzas we figured we order once again. Let’s hope my daughter or myself don’t have severe side effects.Should’ve known not to trust a company to have people’s request in mind.

The staff refuses to make pizzas for doordash they think they're going to save the jobs of their delivery drivers. So customers who order pizza from Papa John's don't get them. And they're very rude about it.

Service, great. Atmosphere, like any other “to go” pizza place. Food… man this is super opinionated, as someone that has grown up in and around Chicago, Papa John’s there doesn’t compare to Papa John’s here. I’ve also worked for one in Chicago, the crust there to the crust here is a huge difference, soggy here, yet crispy and sturdy there. Maybe it’s because the standards for pizza here in Florida are different than that of Chicago, but that’s not what I’d expect from a name brand pizza place.

I will never order from the Seminole location again!! I placed a delivery order through the app at 2:30 to be delivered at 5:45.At 6:00 my food still hadn't been delivered so, I called them and they said it hadn't even been put into the oven yet!! This is ridiculous!! They knew about the order since I placed it at 2:30!! He also said that it would be ATLEAST another 20 minutes before it would be put into the oven. No apology from the guy or anything, he just told me that he could cancel my order. So, that's what I did...

I ordered 2 large pizzas with 3 ranch sauces, we received our order without the ranch. I reached out and they will not refund the cost of the ranch sauces. My child does not like to eat pizza without ranch, luckily I had something left from another restaurant. I only wanted to receive what I ordered and paid for. The manager was not helpful and rude, and only offered to put a credit for ranch in the future. It’s frustrating.

Second time ordering simple pepperoni pizza from this location. It’s obvious whoever makes the pizza is either always having a bad day or they just don’t care. Toppings were thrown in clumps all over with some slices bare & some buried. Crust is thick & doughy in place & thin & crisp in others. Too bad. Papa Johns employees in other locations do a great job! Seems the owner would figure it out eventually.
