Please save your money.If you've ever had a banh mi before, then you'll know whatever they're trying to pass off as a banh mi isn't even close.I should have known to try something different when I was the only person there at 12:15pm with only one employee scheduled.

Salad rolls were soggy and had no basil, nor cilantro.I resent being prompted to pay a 25% tip for counter service. Won't be back!

I don’t think I’ve left a review in my life but I feel like I had to leave one for this place. Ordered my food around 1 o’clock in the afternoon during busy season should’ve known better when I was the only customer in the store, no one at the counter. Girl comes out takes my order takes a few minutes for my PHO to come. I ordered the vegetarian ….just a bowl stuffed to the brim with broccoli, cauliflower and mushy carrots. I had to dig to the bottom just to find the noodles. Eventually just picked out all the veggies…Girl goes in the back, doesn’t come out. I have to ring the bell to get my sauce typically hot sauce and hoisin sauce. But for some reason she said they just ran of a hot sauce five minutes ago. So whatever, that’s fine. I sat alone in the restaurant for 30 minutes. No other customers, never saw the girl again. She went in the back and never came out. Just a very weird vibe like it’s almost like it’s you know it’s going to close. Which isn’t a bad thing…. Better Pho in other places. I will never be back or recommend.

Came here for tofu, but they didn't have any which was disappointment so I ordered regular veggie pho. Cauliflower was interesting to be in pho. The flavor was just okay. I'd give it another try.

The employee was very dry and impersonal.Only after waiting for food for 10 minutes did she informed us that she had to leave at 1:05 ( and it was 12:50). And oh yes, she forgot to make teas we ordered. Never coming back.

Terrible pho don’t order here. It taste like water - you are better off eating ramen from a packet. The spring roll was terrible and soggy like it was 3 days old. Not even sure how someone can ruin pho n spring rolls. Total rip off for $43. Ordered 2 pho n spring rolls and it wasn’t edible
Dirty tables, service was just ok, food tasted old, and meat smelled a little rank. First time visiting and will not be back.

Very disappointing. I got the vermicelli noodle salad with chicken. I get this almost weekly from a different restaurant near me. I love it!-normally. What I got from pholicious was inedible. They were out of cucumber and cilantro but I figured I would still just get it because I was hungry and there already. I asked specifically that it would have basil and I got barely any. The fish sauce dressing was not made right. It was a dark brown color, not sweet and it did not have any chili flakes. It tasted like maybe all fish sauce with a little vinegar? It was extremely salty and ruined the dish as if it wasn't enough of a let down. The small amount of Noodles I got were soggy. It seemed as if they were scooped out of a soup because there was quite a bit of liquid at the bottom of the bowl. The majority of this dish was iceberg lettuce. I'm honestly feeling nervous that I may end up with food poisoning. Hoping not but I surely will not be returning

Completely frustrating place. Ordered online paid for food. Got to restaurant and it wasn’t open. They closed early during business hours. Literally just left. Trying to get my refund still have not been able to get it. Paid for no food, worse service ever when trying to get refund. Just said we had to close early and said they refunded me. They didn’t give me any refund yet. STAY AWAY.
