I've been coming here regularly since they opened. I have always enjoyed the food, and have recommended this restaurant to friends and family.Yet, today was a bit out of the ordinary. I've never had to wait for my order for half an hour, until today. And, I was one of only two people waiting.There was only one employee taking the orders and preparing the food, and she was on her phone the entire time.My egg rolls were slightly burnt, and did not taste like they normally do. Not the worst, but very mediocre at best Pho. I'm not sick so that's good. It's Expensive too! The shrimp spring rolls had sliced lunch meat looking chicken in them. Weird. The food comes out in throwaway cardboard and foam containers.

The employee was very dry and impersonal.Only after waiting for food for 10 minutes did she informed us that she had to leave at 1:05 ( and it was 12:50). And oh yes, she forgot to make teas we ordered. Never coming back.
