The staff is always amazing, and the food is an excellent choice especially for the price. I like being customized and personal.

Stopped by for a quick lunch with my kids. One is very picky and only likes a plain white pizza. Kaylee was so friendly and made her pizza with love and care and made sure to pass my picky 4 year olds test! Julian was also friendly and helpful! They were both unbothered by my wild kiddos running around and yelling (yes, they are those kids lol). Thanks Kaylee!!

Let me tell you about a recent experience at Pieology Pizzeria in Seminole, Florida, that absolutely blew me away. As a foodie I've seen my fair share of rushed service and less-than-enthusiastic staff, especially when a restaurant is nearing its closing time. However, my visit to Pieology, just ten minutes before they locked up, was the complete opposite, all thanks to the incredible team members, Kylie and Justin.

Walking in that close to closing, I was prepared for sighs and hurried movements. Instead, I was greeted with genuine smiles and warm welcomes from both Kylie and Justin. There was absolutely no hint of them wanting to rush me out the door. They were patient, attentive, and radiated a level of enthusiasm that you'd expect at the start of their shift, not the very end.

Kylie expertly guided me through the build-your-own pizza process. She offered helpful suggestions, answered my questions with a smile, and never made me feel like I was holding her up. Her positive energy was infectious, and she clearly took pride in ensuring my pizza was exactly how I wanted it.

Meanwhile, Justin was a maestro behind the oven. He handled each pizza with care and precision, and even with the late hour, the quality was top-notch. My custom creation came out perfectly cooked, with a wonderfully crispy crust and all the toppings beautifully melted.

What truly impressed me was the genuine kindness and professionalism both Kylie and Justin displayed. They didn't just go through the motions; they seemed to genuinely care about providing a great experience, even in the final moments of their workday. They chatted with me briefly while my pizza baked, making me feel like a valued customer rather than an inconvenience.

It's easy for service to dip when closing time approaches, but Kylie and Justin at Pieology Seminole are shining examples of exceptional customer service, no matter the hour. Their dedication and positive attitudes left a lasting impression, and my delicious pizza was just the cherry on top.

Ordered delivery and it will not happen again. Having been in the hospitality field i cannot believe that any business would deliver a serverely burnt pizza like the one that we received. I wish I could include a picture. You have to see it to believe it.

Pizza was too long in the oven. The male kid's hair that was covering his face/eyes should be stuck in the net. I wouldn't want his hair to land on anyones food. I jinxed it now, it will happen. This place is a wanna-be-blaze. Food is done faster at Blaze.

Love the cauliflower pizza & veggies

This is the best pizza so we have had. We always look for pizzas that is built fresh in with nutritious ingredients. Pieology did that just that and much more. It was delicious and so tasteful. We Order four different kinds and they were all wonderful. Definitely recommend definitely will return.

Everyone liked their pizzas. Several of us also got salads and I don't think they are made to order. The lettuce was pretty wilted and had several brown rotten leaves. Had we just ordered Pizzas I probably would have rated them 4 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from here because they offer dairy free cheese. I got home and it looked like the cheese on my pizza was not DF so I called. Apparently I checked off dairy free cheese and mozzarella when I ordered online. They said they called me to verify to which I had NO missed calls. You think they would have mentioned it when I was there picking up the pizza but they did not. They said the only thing they could do for me was discount another pizza. Who on earth gets df and regular cheese on their pizza? Emma was also very snarky during our call which was very unprofessional. She actually hung up on me after telling me to “leave a sleezy review, I don’t care because it was your fault.” Wow- some customer service. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow to discuss Emma’s horrible attitude.

Today was my first time at this location and I have to say that I am impressed with the service. I am plant based and Trace and Julian were very accommodating to my requests. They went above and beyond to make sure my food was to my standards. Incredible young men working here. Thank you so much! Been coming here for a bit. Great food, great location. GREAT SERVICE! I brought my four year old daughter in for a dinner and Kaylee took care of us. As we were building the two pies, Kaylee made sure to ask my four year old daughter how she would like her pie. At the end, she double checked that we didn’t want the kids pie cooked any differently, and upon delivery made sure to tell my daughter it was warm and to be careful. Her pie was cut a bit smaller for the little hands. Thank you for treating my daughter as a person even though she was too shy to talk back. Made my day!
