I really didn't have a great at work and just wanted to order food. I know you guys short employ but do you don't how treat your customer wrong. I was waiting at register and some employ black woman was rude to me. Telling me to order on their machine but I wasn't going to do that and she me really mad. So I didn't order the food and she didn't apologize to me.
I was fed a RAW burger on the 22nd of Jan. I reported that day! it's been almost 3 weeks and i have yet to hear back. After a month I got a response and they gave me $40 in gift cards (cause that’s totally the price for being sick)
I went back and was again given raw burgers. Management called me a Karen before I left leading me to believe they don’t care.
Enjoyed lunch with my wife, delicious hamburgers, fries, and of course....cokes! Love this Wendy's, the location, and will continue to return for a good dining experience.
