I have been to many different locations over the years and my son loves the baconator. We ONLY go to this one because it's close to where we live, and every single time there is a problem with our order. Apparently no one here knows that a baconator does not have pickles, lettuce or tomato on it. The bacon is ALWAYS literally burnt to a crisp, and the people working are incompetent and can't even mute the mic when they yell out disrespectful comments to their coworkers. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS TERRIBLE and the one guy with the ponytail should be fired. Such a disgrace to Wendy's!

Hi welcome to Wendy's where can I get for you hello I have two orders both number ones double please but we don't take two orders through the drive-thru okay I'll go over to dairy Queen and they'll take 16 orders plus they're really nice over there burgers are better anyway I wonder how the owner of this Wendy's feels that his employees are making his money go across the street ?♂️ oh well dairy Queen it isBtw chick fila also does a great job ❤️ lata wendy!

Manager said she waS not allowed to operate the cash register...and noone could... she said kiosk or nothing...It was nothing...and noone was in the restaurant lol

Rude manager refuses to take orders at the cash register. Yells at customers use the kiosks. Well....the kiosks don't accept gift cards and the Wendy's app refuses to accept my gift card. Want to use cash...? Good luck with that because the kiosks don't accept cash either. When challenged, she says she has no cashiers and claims that not a single person, herself included, can operate the cash register. Just lazy and poor management at this location.

Maybe there’s new mgmt. went inside at 4:30pm. Had a real good experience. Store was clean and food came fast. The fries were not very hot, but the salad was super fresh. Not too fond of the flavored coffee drinks tho.Giovani has a super attitude. He made our visit a great experience. We too had previous bad experience here in late 2023, but this visit has changed our mind about this store.
Let's just say it'll be the last time. I spend any money in that Wendy'

Salads & Frostys are great, but lately the Singles were a disappointment. One had no condiments on it, & the other was put together sloppy.
