This is the third time they couldn't get the order correct. My wife ordered 3Chilies paid for 3 Chili's but received only2. The time before ordered 2 bacon burgers 1 without cheese and ketchup. 1 without ketchup but with cheese both came with cheese and ketchup and only had Chocolate Frosties. Got the 1 that was ordered the time before how ever ordered 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate just got the vanilla charged for both. I approached their counter after waiting 15 minutes for our dine in order and was told we had been skipped, without even an apology the order was filled with half of it being incorrect, so back to the counter I go, at least this time this employee did

Maybe there’s new mgmt. went inside at 4:30pm. Had a real good experience. Store was clean and food came fast. The fries were not very hot, but the salad was super fresh. Not too fond of the flavored coffee drinks tho.Giovani has a super attitude. He made our visit a great experience. We too had previous bad experience here in late 2023, but this visit has changed our mind about this store.
